Dr. Koven was extremely through with me on the phone after a delayed reaction to allergy shots. He listened to everything I said and gave me a clear plan to feel better. He also explained how I can still continue allergy shots just at different dosage. I appreciated not only his medical expertise, but his bedside manner (especially when I wasn't feeling well).
