She was our Dr for many years. Best Dr we ever had!! Was very sorry when she left the practice in Richboro. How found a Dr yet.

Rude and dismissive

Wait time is pretty quick...she does not rush through your appointment..very caring and concerned doctor...we have been going to her for 20 plus years now

I WOULD GIVE HER FIVE STARS FOR PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, SERVICE, SHE CARES FOR HER PATIENTS AND PROVIDES EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER.

I have never been treated so badly by an office staff in my life. I called on a Monday morning at 8:35 am only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes. I picked up another phone and called on another line and finally got answered. I requested an appointment only to be told nothing available today, tomorrow or Wednesday. This staff never ask if this was any emergency or what my problem was. I asked if another doctor could see me response was go to Urgent care. I will be looking for another practice.

My husband and I have been a patient of Dr Kleeman for over 25 years and have been most pleased with her patience, attentiveness, and her caring manner. We have always been appreciative of her prompt communications with us, including returning calls on the weekend. Thank you, Dr. Kleeman for always being there for us.

This is a most unprofessional doctor with horrendous bedside manner. Gruff, rude, uninformed, Dr. Kleeman spoke over me, didn't seem to understand basic questions. Her office staff is incredibly rude as well, and good luck getting a call back in an emergency. The office itself is embarrassingly outdated and a sump pump beneath the office is constantly running and one needs to practically yell to be heard over it. An absolute waste of time and money, this doctor should know when to call it quits.

Our Family could not be happier with Dr Kleeman. She is no nonsense, thorough and up on the latest research and treatments. We highly recommend her. Her new office staff is top notch as well.

She is amazing and really cares about her patients. I just started seeing her about 8 months ago as my main physician. I am so glad I did!

I was with Dr. Kleeman for a long time until she became dismissive of my chronic symptoms and was unwilling to do the work to help me get better. I have since found doctors who were curious and able to properly diagnose me. It's too bad, because for a long time she was very supportive and helpful. The worst thing to do when a patient is chronically sick is to give up and suggest that they are either making it up or need mental health care. This happened.
