Dr Hoss and staff continue to go the extra mile in dental care and customer service. And over the years, I have had numerous cases where an unscheduled appointment was necessary to resolve a dental issue. They have always been able to get me right in and fix the problem. 5 Stars to Dr. Hoss and staff!!

New to CT I needed to find a new dentist after 30 years with the old one. I am so glad I found Dr. Hoss and his staff! They are friendly, great follow up and respond quickly whenever I need anything! Great options for appt times that work with my schedule!

Incredible. I have significant dental trauma from previous dentists and I can not say enough good things. Had an ache and was seen the same day to correct the issue. I felt nothing. Could have probably taken a nap except for the actually noise during my filling repair. So grateful for you all!! Thank you!

Great experience. First time in a while going to the dentist due to Covid. Very thorough and was always asking if I was comfortable. I highly recommend thus dentist!!

Neil's office is super welcoming and the staff I met were wonderful. I didn't know it was possible to have a pain-free dentist visit (thank you Lisa!).

Had my first visit this morning! The Staff where very friendly and answered all my questions with great knowledge! My teeth feel great and look great! Looking forward to my Teeth Whitening Appointment May 10th and then starting my journey with Invisalign!

I've been to many dentists over the years in different states and towns, Dr Hoss is the only one I can say I love. He is the sweetest and and most calming person ever. During a procedure he tells you everything. Stays very aware and concerned of your comfort. ❤️ Recomend him highly!!

I went here for my zoom appointment with Jeannie. She did a wonderful job.She was very thorough and explained as she went along. My teeth came out amazing!!! They were able to get them to the most white level. I am so happy with my results and the staff.

Best teeth cleaning experience every time. Best staff and Doc too.

Had my 6 month cleaning with Lisa this morning. It was great to see everyone. Patients and staff are wearing masks and there is a handy bottle of waterless hand cleaner by the counter at check in. Lisa was ready for me as I entered the office, due to timely scheduling. As usual, my teeth were cleaned thoroughly and painlessly! It was great to see Dr. Hoss and he helped me understand about some of the changes with my teeth. Continued excellent service from Dr Hoss, Lisa and the entire staff. Thank you! The office staff is very welcoming and prepared so the visit is quick and efficient. The new high pressured water teeth cleaning processes was much nicer than the old school tool scraping method. Highly recommend it.

Dr. Hoss over and over again does not take accountability for mistakes he makes. Whether that is causing a patient to lose a tooth or putting in tooth implants that are not level, trying to fix them with braces. The immature attitude he has results for his inability to acknowledge dentistry errors and correct them fairly for his patients. Go somewhere else before it happens to you and you have to get your teeth fixed at another dentist and pay for it all over again. Great staff! They are friendly and professional. We have four people in our family, each with different dental needs, and Dr. Hoss is excellent for all of us.

During these time it’s very hard to feel comfortable going to the dentist. I had a cleaning done today and was extremely comfortable and happy with the service. They are taking precautions to protect the health of their patients. The dentist hygienist took time to explain the process of the visit and the precautions being taken.

Great quiet comfortable office. Good covid protocols. They always make you feel at home and are very polite and courteous. Lets face it, the dentist isn't fun but they do a great job making you as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend.
