Worst experience from any Dr office. Had a visit in June 2021, was asked to call in 2 weeks if no improvement. Called every week for over 4 months with no answer. Gave up. My meds ran out and my pharmacy has not been able to get in touch with the office either. Finally get through and set up an appointment. When get there I'm told Dr didn't come in and someone should have called me. Set up new visit for a few days later. Get a call late on a Friday hile I'm driving that they need me to do a televisit instead and said they'd email the link. Never got a link for my Monday appointment and they were closed by the time I got home. No link or ability to contact all weekend. No answer at the office Monday morning. Couldn't join the visit. Got a call 3 hours after my appointment asking if I had trouble joining the call. I said wasnt given a link and person argued with me that she gave it to me over the phone...until I re minded her that I was driving and she said she would email. DONE.

Dr Koudellou is a wonderful doctor. She is very personable and really knows her profession. I trust her and highly recommend her.

Doctor is good but their front office service is very worst, they never care about their patients. Not easy to reach doctor for any medication questions.

Nice enough doctor but you never see her in the office. They never answer the phone and never call you back. Not a dependable organization.

I cant say enough about this wonderful practice. Dr. Koudellou was so kind and professional with me.I Her staff is also very helpful and kind. In my opinion you couldn't ask for anything else there the best

Ive only met Dr. Koudello for a few min after colonoscopy. She seemed very nice. Only see her APRN in office , never dr. Koudello. Not even sure what she looks like. Getting through to her office in Manchester is a nightmare. Days and days of busy signals or the phone just rings incessantly no answer ever. The longest loop tape recording that you cannot bypass , no answering service. The office staff is aware because they asked me months ago Because I was able to leave amessage - if I had trouble / I told them it was a miracle I did get thru and how much I literally dread making appts . Because It’s hell - tried 4 -5 days gif someone to even pick up. I am ready to find a new dr. It’s so ridiculous they can’t get their office to run like every other practice.

Took over two months to diagnose C-diff and an additional two months to not resolve it. Communication was difficult at best: Unanswered calls, slow response. Never had a conversation or appointment with Koudello herself, only the practitioners.

Message says "office closed or out to lunch", even at 10am, 11am etc. Messages are not returned. Office supposedly opens at 9am, but the "we are closed" message continues to play. Great bedside manner

She is an excellent doctor, with superior listening skills and empathetic as well. She helped me resolve an issue that no one else could address!

I've always had an excellent experience with the office and Dr Koudellou. I find her a great Gastroenterologist and so kind! The entire GI staff at MMH was so wonderful and all including the MD made me feel safe and confortable.

I never did get to see the doctor, just the PA who was nice, but can't seem to get the message to the office staff that I wanted copies of my reports. This office has the worst office staff in the world, either that or they have no clue that their phone system is totally broken. I have been trying to call for weeks and cannot get through to anyone. The phone rings and rings and rings and there's no way to leave a message. When I try to use the directory the system tells me there's no such person and hangs up on me.

It is impossible to get in touch with the office. No matter what time of day, it goes to the answering service and says they are closed or out to lunch. And when you arrive, because of COVID, you need to call the same number to get in as the door is locked. They dont answer the phone and I waited an hour to get into my appointment and was only able to do so by getting hold of the answering service to have them relay the message that I was there.

I have known and been a patient of Dr. Koudellou for several years. She is a Very Kind and Considerate physician. Her patients and Compassion goes beyond what I have ever experienced. Besides being Knowledgeable in her field she has a Wonderful Bedside manner which is hard to find today. She makes sure the Privacy of her patients is Always 1st and maintained. I went to her because she Values All her patients Privacy during their Colonoscopy and covers their BUTTS so Nothing is visible for anyone to see. No one Needs to your privates during your procedure.

Dr. Koudellou is lovely but. very hard to speak to or see in the office. You will get a PA but not the Doctor.

im not talking about seeing dr casue i never seen her or met her. however the pa is nice. i would have to agree with few people. service terrible. lab work for over $650. absoly terrible. I would not recommend. you wait for ever

Went for my consultation and a week later had my colonoscopy done.

Dr Koudellou was wonderful! She answered all of our questions and help my husband recover from his ulcer. Follow up went well too.

She's knowledgeable and kind. Terrific bedside manner. One of the best doctors I've ever had.

Your receptionist was extremely rude on the phone this morning yes our world is not the same right now however real people are experiencing real health issues and deserve to be treated with kindness and respect not rudeness I have met dr k she is my husband's doctor and was very much wanting her to help me through this difficult issue i am dealing with and instead need to go to someone I am not familiar with just horrible

Dr. Koudellou is one of the best doctors that my husband and I have ever had. She cares about her patients, takes a lot of time explaining procedures, is always available to us and goes beyond doctor and patient relationship...an outstanding doctor and person Carmen Ingersoll.

In October of 2018 I started having debilitating symptoms which caused me to basically stop eating. I posted for recommendations on Facebook on who to see for a GI in the area, and a couple people recommended Dr. Koudellou. So I called and made an appointment to see HER. I specifically asked to see her. I had to only wait two weeks to be seen (mainly because of my schedule) which I didn’t think was bad...when I got there I was a little taken aback by the office staff, there was a small waiting room (I went to the Manchester location) and the women who checked me I was literally screaming my information at me. I realized she was trying to confirm my information but I was a new patient and was handing her all my info...little embarrassing. Anyways I delt with it, and what made matters worse is when the provider came in it wasn’t even Dr. Koudellou. It was Andrea a PA at the office. She came in asked me a bunch of questions, I told her I wasn’t eating. She told me I needed an endoscopy, and gave me some samples of medication, didn’t even do a physical exam...tells me to go to the desk and schedule the endoscopy and we will go from there. Okay, fine. Went to the desk, they told me they didn’t have an opening till April, it was December....I told them I really couldn’t wait that long that I really needed help before that, and they didn’t care, they told me I’d wait that long anywhere. Fine. So a couple days later I went to see my PCP (who is also not a fan of their office) who told me that I needed to be seen right away, and it wasn’t until she called that they magically had an opening and could get me in the following Monday. I had the endoscopy with Dr. Koudellou and I LOVED HER. She literally made me feel like she cared about what was going on with me. After all the tests Andrea order for me, the MRI’s the HIDA Scan, the ultra sounds she basically tells me I have acid reflux, and there really isn’t anything she can do for me. I ended up leaving and going to see another provider at a different practice; and have gotten the help I needed all along. I’ve even tried to pay a bill and each time I call I get put on hold for minutes. I would use caution when scheduling, avoid the Manchester office and make sure the provider you want you get to see. We love Ryan and Dr. Koirala. We never have an issue getting an appt and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Office staff is always friendly. So glad we found this group.

I had a colonoscopy and was told there were "three big polyps" and to call the office for the biopsy results in a week. After three weeks of trying to get in touch with them I finally was told by the staff "Yea, it's pre-cancerous." When I asked what I should do they told me to just plan another colonoscopy in five instead of seven years. In addition, when I woke from the procedure there was still about a gallon of fluid in my system that I had to empty in the bathroom. The nurse was shocked because that should have been removed at the end of the procedure.

I have been attempting to get in touch with the office for a week for an appointment to change my medications. I am having significant side effects from it. I was put on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected several times. The last few times there was just a busy signal. I tried going in to the office to make the appointment but they refused and said I had to make it by phone.

doctor is nice but office DOES NOT return messages or phone calls! Some of the staff can be rude

I have deleted my negative review after getting a letter from this doctor's attorney who apparently contacts patients who have posted their bad experiences online. I cant afford to fight this, but it makes you wonder why a doctor would need this service. Hmmm

Had positive cologard. Dr K was comforting and recommended a cleanse. This was scary and I always heard bad things about the cleanse and colonoscopy. The cleanse she recommended was easy and colonoscopy a breeze. Dr K took a frightening process and made it easy. Afterwards I felt why does a colonoscopy have such a negative connotation. Dr K is great

Absolutely the worst service ever. You normally need to wait about 2 months to see her and sometimes they just let nurse to see you without inform you first. It's almost impossible to get your medical report since you have to sign a release form and their fax machine number is different from the form as well. And yes, you have to pay for your medical record. Call them if another nightmare - I call them at 2pm and apparently they're still in "lunch break"!!! After you call in, they will also put you on hold for at least 15 mins. It happened to me every single time. Absolutely the worst service ever. After my colonoscopy she came in my room and told me my findings which were ulcerations and inflammation throughout. I was instructed to call after a week if i didn't hear anything. 9 days later I called and the office staff would not connect me to the aprn or MD. the MA read my results over the phone and asked 'so what woukd you like'? I finally met with the APRN who wouldnt diagnose me with crohn's and wanted to put me on med that wouldnt target my problem area. Thank god for 2nd opinions!

Dr. Alexis Koudello is wonderful. I trust her judgment with my life. She listens and she cares. When I started w with her there was never a problem and she used to follow up by calling after hours to let me know results also there was never a problem scheduling appointments. 2014 it changed. I never get called back for results. Months of calls numerous times and speak to staff who are rude and they answer for the doctor. I can never get in touch.Staff gave wrong diagnosis over phone. Cancer!

Why does no one ever call you back when you leave a message for the APRN. I have left two messages and one prior for the APRN to call me and no call and needed help. I also had a liver biopsy and I am waiting almost 6 weeks to find out the results because I can't get a follow up appt. I actually got the report myself. The office once read my results (kinda scared me with what I was told) to me over the phone and told me to google it on line. Are they allowed to do that? Office staff rude.

DO NOT GO HERE. I saw a doctor who ordered lab work. I did it immediately and didn't hear the results for three weeks (the labs did not take that long) and only after calling multiple times. A doctor didn't even deliver that information. The receptionist called me and gave the information but couldn't answer any of my other questions (which is fair because that isn't her job). I called again to ask a doctor to call when they could and I STILL haven't spoken to a doctor since my original meeting five weeks ago. To make all of it worse, the receptionist was rude and refused to give me copies of my results when I went in to sign a release so I could switch groups, even though I said I was happy to pay for them. I think Dr Koudellou is great except that I had to call the office for any test results and also the office never did a follow up to see how I was doing etc. They just said try this medication and that was it. Never got a follow up to see how the medication was going or how I was handling the new diagnosis etc.

Dr. Koudellou is very friendly, but her office is overwhelmed. It is very difficult to schedule appointments, especially with Dr. Koudellou. You most likely will be scheduled with an APRN. I was in the hospital for one week with GI issues and was told to schedule an apt with her by the hospital within a week. I was told by the office staff, that I didn't need to be seen and they would give a message to Dr. Koudellou and get back to me. I'm still waiting to hear....I'm changing Dr's.
