Dr. Nancy Carbajo

I am reviewing my experience with Dr. Carbajo. I notice that the one-star reviews are not about her but about office support staff or not being able to get an immediate appointment. I go to Urgent Care, in the SAME office, if I need to be seen that day. I expect to have a regular appointment booked out 2 to 3 months. That's typical for any practice. Anyway, Dr. Carbajo has been my primary care doctor for some 15 years. I echo the other 5-star reviews: She is warm, caring, responsive, to the point, knows me personally and remembers me even though I see her usually only for my annual physical. Thank you, Dr. Carbajo!

I've been going to Dr. Carbajo probably as long as she has been practicing in Hamburg. She is a very kind and warm person who listens but is straight to the point. Have your ducks in a row. My experience has always been good.

Thorough. Knowledgeable. Efficient. Kind. Very little wait time. Blood draw on site. Conservative treatment, not quick to prescribe unnecessary tests or drugs. Highly recommend Dr Nancy Carbajo. My doc for over 10 years.

The lady that does check in is a b..... wendy I think her name is lazy as ....missed my paper work up sat for 2hrs before I walked up to find out she didn't check me in.

Nancy has been my primary care doctor for quite some time now, and I can whole heartedly say she is the best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Carbajo is a amazing doctor who cares deeply for her patients, she does not just treat symptoms with medicine and send you on your way, she looks deeper into the cause and finds out what is really causing the issue and diagnoses your issue to the core. Very knowledgeable and very caring, I would recommend her to anyone, but everyone I know already goes to her because she is so good at what she does. ???????? I find her to be a VERY attentive, concerned doctor. The best I've ever seen. She has been 100% correct on every diagnosis, while other doctors are completely wrong.

Dr Carbajo has been my primary care Doctor for over 10 years. She ALWAYS takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.

After missing critical symptoms now on a third family member, Dr Carbajo now simply defers to other doctors rather than act as a true primary provider. Is it she simply does not have the knowledge to make the diagnosis or is it just reluctance to be responsible?

This place is joke. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Carbajo, but since I have not seen her since my last appointment which was 3 years ago, they tell me I cannot make an appointment for a couple months. They can see me in mid-january. Too bad I am sick today.

I have become so disappointing with this office. I have been going here for over 10 years and it gets worse every time I go. It's become a clinic. Get'm in, get'm out! Quickly! I can't every get a solid answer when I'm there anymore. Everytime you call, it takes forever to get things taken care of. I'll be healthy on my own before they can get a prescription out! Called because I was sick and was told there were no appointments for that day (I called right they opened). They wouldnt even make an appointment for the next day. I was told to go to the urgent care. I informed them that my insurance wouldn't pay if I went to urgent care when my doctor's office was open. Then she said maybe she could take my name in case someone cancelled. What kind of doctor's office is this? I hung up with no appointment and still very sick. DON'T GO HERE!!! Dr Carbajo is such a sweet and kind person who really listens and cares about her patients. She's knowledgeable and I trust her medical opinions. If you're looking for a great Doctor that has a fun personality and good bedside manor you'll love Dr Carbajo just as much as I do. I always recommend her to friends and family.

Dr Carbajo is compassionate, dedicated to her patients care and making sure her patients understand situations (in layman's terms). I never felt so comfortable in my 46 years! 7 or 8 with Dr Carbajo.

She missed my CAD and my carotid blockage. I could have had a stroke or MI or worse.

not patient oriented. Does not listen. Always hyper and talks to patient about insurance requirements rather than treating you like a human while you are there.
