My glasses were all wrong. I couldn't even use the bifocals due to them being very week had to go back to my $1.00 reading glasses everytime I needed to read anything. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Ross always exceeds our expectations as an Optometrist. Very patient, caring, and thorough. Very clean facility and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!

Whether one of my kiddos has pink eye or I’m needing new glasses/contacts, I can depend on Dr. Ross to be very thorough, efficient, and knowledgeable about my family’s eye care needs. 100% recommend him!!

On a low income and glasses they sold me frames broke insurance said would cover but they won't oner there work never go there again lens crafters bowling green oners there work bad way to run a business I no of a few customers they will be louseing

Does this office accept Medicaid Presumptive? I have the insurance offered to people during the coronavirus

He is a kind and patient dr is really good with the kids too

Fell asleep and mangled my glasses. Dr Ross' office fixed them right up and wouldn't take a penny! I'll be back.

Dr. Ross and his staff are always so friendly and very thorough. I’ve never had a better eye doctor!

I absolutely love going to Dr. Ross!!! He treats his patients with the up most respect. I highly recommend him.

I live in another city than where Dr Ross is and have always gone to him, unless I was out of state. His staff is excellent and very professional. Dr Ross has never attempted to up sell me anything other than the services I need. Has in the past caught something important in my vision that a specialist in another state missed. All of my family go here for ours eyes. We all trust him.

I would have to say this is the most unprofessional optometrist office I've ever been in, you get better service at the eye exam places in the malls. you're glasses come in they hand them to you at the receptions area and ask how they fit, the lady did adjust them, and come back and hand them to you.
