I am baffled by the comments above from Van June in Lexington KY since I have the polar opposite experience. I am actually getting better from a chronic condition that no other doc has been able to help with.

She had a friendly demeanor, but I felt that she did not listen to me at all. I have several symptoms I'd been battling for some time but she failed to address them or look at them as a whole. It was clear she did not think I had a real problem. Now, she has left the office and I only found out because I called to try to get a referral to a gastroenterologist. I now have to go back and see a different doctor, when she could have handled this for me at the time.
