I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schmitt! I came in , having not been to the dentist in almost 10 years, he saved what he could of my smile until I could figure out what I wanted to do as far as implants. I was never in the office for longer than an hour. Dr. Schmitt and his staff are so down to earth and kind. I would 10/10 recommended them to anyone! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Schmitt! I think he treats people on Medicaid poorly on purpose all the work he did on me was horrible and I had to go back many times to get it fixed until I finally said enough and just had to deal with messed up teeth

I had Dr Chu take out molar 31! He did an excellent job no pain and had it out with a few minutes! Definitely recommend him for any procedure!

I started going to this dentist office when I was 5 years old. That was over 42 years ago ! I can not say enough good things about the entire staff @ Lam S. Chu DDS. They have become part of our family and I can honestly say we all Love them very much. It's always been a pleasure to go to the dentist here.

Dr Chu, is absolutely amazing, very nice and friendly as well as personable. The staff is great, they are super nice and welcoming. My fiance and I both go, and have to bring our kids in with us, it's never a problem they have a great kiddies area and have us in and out. Definitely recommend them!

Dr. Chu and his staff are the best! I have had several teeth to break probably due to chemotherapy. Dr Chu has seen me even at times when it was not convenient to ensure my teeth did not bother me. He is the first dentist to give me a shot and me not feel any pain. I have not ever been there when I did not feel like I was treated with respect and actually, I feel like family. I love him, his wife and all the staff. Not only do they care of my teeth, they supported me during my breast cancer trial. I live in North Wilkesboro but it wouldn’t matter how far away I lived, I’d make a point to visit Jonesville to be able to keep him as my dentist/ friend! Dr. Chu and his staff are the best! I cant say enough good about Dr. Chu and his practice. Not only do they take care of my teeth, they take care of me emotionally by supporting me during my breast cancer trial. I have recommended this practice to many friends and family and I will continue to recommend them. Dr. Chu is the first dentist I have been with that can give me a shot without me feeling it. He has also seen me at times when it was not convenient for him to help me with a broken tooth. I live in North Wilkesboro but will continue to drive because his practice is well worth it.

Dr. Chu is a very good dentist.

The staff at Lam S. Chu DDS is absolutely top notch!! One could not feel more welcomed and well taken care of here. I’ve alway left overaly satisfied with my service and a better,healthier smile. Love this place. This is by fat the best dentistry around IMHO. Dr. Chu is the man!!!

One of the most friendly environments I've ever been in. All of the doctors and hygienists remember me from previous visits and work to provide excellent service! They are very accommodating to my work schedule as I have to travel often. I would recommend this practice to anyone recent to the area.

Dr. Chu is caring and compassionate with his patients. He is a great dentist and person. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my family’s dental care.

The staff is friendly, the building is clean, and the new renovations are beautiful. Drs Chu and Schmitt are knowledgeable and patient with any questions I have about me or my young daughter's dental care. They are also always willing to work with you on rescheduling or making time for emergencies. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Chu is the best dentist in the area. I cannot imagine going anywhere else and trusting anyone else with the care of my children. Every single visit for well over 10 years has been a positive one. We feel so fortunate to have found Dr. Chu, who gives the very best care to our family. Our children LOVE him! He takes time with us for each visit to explain everything in detail. He has taken especially great care of our child who was born with special medical needs. Rather than drive over an hour to a special pediatric dentist, we chose to stay local with Dr. Chu because he was the best we had ever seen. In addition, Dr. Chu is a philanthropist like no other. At 66 years old I have been to many dentists over the years. Lam Chu is wonderful both as a dentist and a human being! He is caring, careful, and prudent about the needs of his patients. Dr. Chu and his staff are amazing! I have been going for many years and have always had great experiences. My daughter gets very nervous at any doctor’s office and they are always so good with her. They are always good with scheduling appointments and we never have to wait for long periods of time.

Best dentist in town! Every single visit is a positive experience. Our entire family thinks the world of Dr. Chu and his staff. We trust him with our children and he has taken the best care of us all. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

For years I always put off going to the dentist because I dreaded it so much. We found Dr. Chu a couple of years ago and could not be happier! I no longer dread going to the dentist. Would highly recommend his practice.

I went here a lot as a kid but I tried to make an appointment recently and the woman on the phone seemed to be in such a bad mood that it was impossible to even get an appointment. She sounded like she could have cared less about what I was trying to ask. I asked what times she had available and she told me 8am and when I said that would work fine she heavily sighed into the phone. So decided to make an appointment at David H Cline's place and enjoyed the experience. If you can't even make an appointment to get your teeth looked at then you know something must be up! Everything about the dentist is top notch. The front desk needs to be revamped and trained to meet the needs of the patients. The front desk is the first people we encounter and generally helps when they are friendly. Update: 3/19 Got a call last reminding me that my appointment was at 9:30. I show up to my appointment at 9:10. To be greeted with "honey your appointment was at 8:45". Not sure I would want my personal information to be trusted by these "professionals". Dr. Chu has always done good but his front desk people have allowed me to change my mind and go to a different dentist. Thanks front office staff at Dr. Chu's office. I am deathly afraid of having my teeth worked on and found Dr. Chu to be so calm and reassuring that he pulled my tooth before I even knew he had touch it! He is gentle, considerate, and highly skilled. Superior care professional!

Very good dentist, never had a problem him. Staff was great also.
