Excellent Medical Center and staff. They go out of there way to take care of their patients. Very pleased!

I have been seen by several of the Drs at the Jonesville facility. I have always been pleased with their ability to fit me in as I seldom make an appointment but usually show up for same day service.

The doctors are great but the office help is terrible. 99.99% of the time when you call to make an appoint or to speak to a person to help with a question, you receive an answering machine saying they are busy or with another patient. They are not! I have been there when the phone rings and saw three people in the office in a circle talking. No one made an effort to answer the call. The caller is held hostage while waiting for a return answer. The patient's time is valuable also and needs attention if they want to keep that person as a patient. The receptionist at times gets rude with patients who approaches her. Courtesy to the public is a must if you want that person back. I was told by her if I was not pleased to find another doctor. I would fire an employee with that attitude but the center seems to turn a blind eye. Maybe they would not need to visit Dobson or other towns to have more patients if they treated incoming traffic with professional courtesy. I advise everyone to file a complaint with Dr. Ballard and the Baptist Hospital who supports them to get this problem solved. Then turn to the BBS for a backup. This will be taken off this site as before without any thing corrected. Good doctors are paying the price for a bad office help! My family and I love this practice. They are quick to see us when we need treatment. They always call me back in a reasonable time. I can even contact them via messages on the mywakehealth site. I always get a response and every time it has been quick!
