Labony Mookerjee

Had a televisit scheduled, she was already behind by 20 minutes when I called. Staff was unfriendly and did not care. I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I had to pick up my kids and told them I might not be able to answer. Well I missed the call and called right back, I was directed to the after hours answering service and they could not do anything. I have called a total of 5 times in the last week. I’m still waiting for my televisit appointment! She’s really nice and knowledgeable. However, She’s always behind which I understand but this is unacceptable!

Dr. Mookerjee was one of my favorite doctors, I am sad to move away. She helped a lot with my health at finding early signs of diabetes. Without her I would probably have type 2 by now. <3 much love!

Dr. Mookerjee is wonderful. Takes her time and LISTENS to your concerns & will answer your questions.

Dr. M is thorough and really listens to what I say. Her thoroughness is a real asset. She has been my doctor since she was in Laingsburg and I followed her to Okemos. The office staff is friendly and accomodating and her physician's assistant (Pretti?) is outstanding.

Dr. Mookerjee is excellent. Takes time with you and listens!

Dr Mookerjee is a wonderfully patient and thoughtful doctor! My entire family has visited her for years and appreciates her!....However since she moved to Okemos her office staff is horrible. Everytime! They are not friendly, I can never get an appointment and they tell me -- tell me!--- to go to urgent care. Today when I called with an issue they said it had been too long since I had been there and was now considered a new patient and would not be able to see me for 4 mon! The reason I had not been there was because when I'm sick and try to get an appointment I can't get in??? After nearly 15 yrs of seeing her that's it.

Dr. Labony Mookerjee is an amazing physician. She has been my wife's primary care physician after moving to the area and we couldn't be happier. She explains everything thoroughly and offers great suggestions. Conversing with Dr. Mookerjee is always a pleasure. The office and the staff are courteous. Overall rating is excellent.

She is friendly and thorough. I didn't feel shamed for any of my issues, she took the time to talk everything thing through and make sure I had resources for all of my concerns. Because of her thoroughness she also has a propensity to run late, sometimes significantly. I think she is worth the wait.

Fantastic. Honest. Patient. Explains well. Does a wonderful job with my BFF. Complete work. Spends good fair time with my BFF. I would recommend her...I already have!!...Joy S.

She no longer practices here. When I was taking my now 7yr old child as an infant I wasn't impressed. She seemed very cold.

I have always been extremely pleased with Dr. Mookerjee and would highly recommend her to my family, friends or anybody looking for a new DO. She is patient,kind,understanding and extremely caring ! Best DO I have ever encountered !
