Dr. Gocke was less engaging this year. She was not bad but her demeanor felt as though she was going through the motions. Last year I was pleased with my visit and she was more pleasant. Again she was not rude or ugly or unprofessional, just not very warm. Maybe she was having a not great week or was tired but it made me tell my husband to try someone else when he goes. Overall she did address all of my issues and took appropriate steps to take care of me which was the main goal.

Dr.Gocke is our family doctor. Very professional and addresses all our problems. Listens health issues and recommends doctors, products based on the situation.

Dr. Gocke has been my PCP for several years. She has properly diagnosed several issues which had left previous PCP's puzzled and with no effective suggestions. Her medical knowledge and insights seem boundless, and she is very pleasant, warm and caring. Highly recommended.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Gocke for 3 years. We are so pleased with her and her staff that we have recommended friends and family to her. She is the perfect primary care doctor. All of our blood tests, etc are current and accurate. We never have to wait more than a few minutes for our visits. Dr. Gocke does not rush us through. The wrong labs were drawn. Dr. G sent a message stating labs are normal. Yes, those are normal because the orders or tech did not draw the correct labs- testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, aldosterone are the ones I have abnormalities with. This dr refused to see me because I am over 65!!!!!! She seems to be one of those who think there are too many elderly people on Earth. What kind of a doctor would say something like that to a patient?

Front office was not accommodating. Booked me for an appointment at 3:45pm and booked someone else for the same doctor at 4pm. Firstly very few spots left if Dr. Gocke is your primary physician. I was left stranded with my health issues in spite of booking my appointment as early as instructed in the website and completed all my paperwork.i reach the hospital with my health concerns and they are asking me to wait for 30mins during a weekday. I reached 10mins prior to the appointment, no call or text message or a message in the Texas health app. With no communication how someone will be able to know that Dr. Gocke will not be available at the said time. Dr. Gocke is nice, but we've had a few bad experiences this year. We were not contacted about the office being closed due to weather. We can understand that there may have been issues with connections and communication during that time. However, they didn't seem to want to try to accommodate us to reschedule for a reasonable date when we had booked the initial appointment over a month prior. We've dealt with rudeness on the phone on multiple occasions, not sure if it's from the same person. Simply asked if there were any appointments around noon and was given the response "uuhh, that's our lunch" like we were asking to be seen during their lunch break. Love my Doctor Karna Gocke. So easy to talk to. Made me feel super comfortable. So glad my wife and I found her.

Staff at main check in is amazing! Denise is an absolute doll! Dr Goeke’s staff fun and upbeat! Doctor incredibly relatable! Kimberly @ the MRI was the best! Put me at ease and was an incredibly kind, loving person who clearly loves her job!!!!

I see the NP here Ashley Logan, and I must say she’s been the best primary care I have ever had. Had a lot of issues just in the last 6 month, and every time I go to her office I walk out with a solution. And on top of that, she listens and cares about what you have to say which is not always the case with your PC. Had a lot of really bad experiences with doctors, and I’d say she has turned that around. She is very thorough, has a fun sense of humor. Her bedside manner could not be any better. As my husband and I have talked, she reminds us both of your small town doctor who knows your entire family and truly cares. We have referred a number of friends to her and they feel the same way. Unprofessional, rude, belittling demenor. Went once but will never step foot in there again.

I am not going to get into details of my personal health but this is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. The staff is really rude, office manager Tasha was nasty when I called for test results. Doctor physically hurt me and then had has several opportunities to help me but did not listen to me and made wrong assumptions. I will never return and would not recommend. Dr. Gocke is great. She is very thorough and down to Earth. She isn’t judgmental about anything you have going on and she is very easy to talk to about anything. She also didn’t hesitate to refer me out to specialists as needed. Her office staff is also super friendly. My wait time was less than 5 minutes.

What an irresponsible staff. My wife's appointment was originally scheduled for the first week of April. They called and let us know that doctor was on family emergency. After a week or two, they called us back to reschedule and we picked 04/26 Friday at 11.15 am apt. When we showed up, they said there was no appointment at all on my wife's name. Dr. Gocke and her staff do a great job at assisting me with making sure I stay on top of routine health exams, immunizations and annual physicals. They're also there when I need them for unplanned illness / issues. The 380 / University office location is very convenient, as a north Dallas location.

My appointment was right on schedule and the office ladies were so friendly. Dr. Gocke diagnosed my issue right away and was able to change my medication to correct it. She has an excellent bedside manner.

Dr. Gocke is so cool. It wasn't like talking to a Doctor, but a friend. She listened and was thorough with her questions. We've been looking for a doctor for our family that we are comfortable with, and I think we FINALLY found one!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how greatful I am to Dr Gocke and her entire staff. As people have mentioned, she is a different type of Doctor. Not in a bad way, quite the contrary.
