One of the most thorough and professional experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Hall explained things in a way that I could easily understand. I received a phone call from the receptionist today letting me know that I could get my frames and lenses from them and it would not cost me a thing with my insurance. This will save me time and money by not having to shop online. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hall is the most thorough dentist that I have ever been to. he has done many tests that I have never even had done before and I also learned a lot about my eyes that nobody has ever explained to me before. they are very concerned about not passing on any kind of germs to anybody. they take very high precautions to prevent this from happening.

Dr John Hall was amazing with my 9 year old. Patient, explained all the questions he had, and made sure we both understood everything he was doing and why! Highly recommend for all ages!!

Great people, very informative, a pleasant experience, I will continue going here as long as I can.

Dr. Hall always gives a thorough exam and genuinely cares about his patients.

Dr Hall is great and takes his time so you can have the best experience with your glasses and or contacts.

I highly recommend Dr Hall and his staff. Dr Hall is extremely thorough and accurate. As a 40+ year glasses wearer, I would say he's the beat eye doc I've been to.

No big box store here. Dr. Hall is very thorough. I've been seeing him for 15 years and if you want a real eye exam experience, make an appointment soon before it's too late.

Awesome doctor & awesome receptionist i totally recommend this place

I was a returning customer because of his knowledge of optometry. I thought I broke my frames, gave them a call. They were very accommodating and ordered the parts to fix my frames. I always enjoy my visits.

I always receive great knowledge and very informative of the condition with my vision. Dr. Hall is definitely informative and also a Hoot! He has a great personality and Cloe is very nice too!

II had meant to update an older review I had written. However, I can no longer find it. So I will write my update here. I shall reiterate that the attention to detail and amount that I learn about my own eye health here is second to none. Having been born with congenital cataracts in the mid 80's and resulting glaucoma that is just symptomatic of how surgeries were done back then, I am ever grateful that I've found someone who is not only willing to explain my eye situation to me but is willing to show me the progression of my optic nerve at each visit. I can't imagine getting this level of detail anywhere else. And I have been to a lot of eye doctors in my life. The receptionist has also become a lot friendlier and I consider being a long-time patient here an invaluable experience. They also do their very best to make sure you get the best value on eye drops and lenses knowing how treacherous the insurance world can be. II had meant to update an older review I had written. Dr Hall was do good with my girls. Very thorough, and passionate doctor. His staff was amazing and got us in even though we weren't I'm the schedule.

I highly recommend Dr. Hall for many reasons. I always leave knowing so much more about what is happening with my eyes, on top of any new prescription always working out really well. I lucked out many years ago having Dr. Hall in my insurance network and although I haven't had the insurance for several years, I still have Dr Hall exam my eyes and fill my new lens prescription regularly and hope to be able to for many more years to come. Both my husband and I received the most thorough eye exams. Dr. Hall and his wife are so professional, considerate, and have been using wonderful Covid protocol since March of 2020 and it is very much appreciated.

Was a fantastic visit dr. Hall always looks out for his patients and goes the extra mile to make sure every need or any concerns you have are taken care of right away always friendly professional and experienced in his field would highly recommend him for any eye care needs!!

Dr Hall is alway thorough and affords each patient time to go over their concerns. I recently had an issue while doing yard work that I scratched my eye. Even though he was off that day he made arrangements for me to come in and get it looked at and make sure I was comfortable before I left. Doctor hall is very thorough in giving you an eye examination. I have personally been going to doctor hall since I was 42 years old and I'm 64 now.

All I can say, it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend dr. Hall for his care he offers to his clients.

I have been seeing Dr Hall for close to 30 years, basically from birth. Through all of these years, he’s been a very kind, polite, and knowledgeable Dr! I’ve had many eye related emergencies in the past few years, and he gets me in with a moment’s notice, and made all the arrangements when I’ve had to see a specialist for surgery’s. I trust him with my eyes because if not for him I wouldn’t have one of mine! When he finally retires will be a sad day for me, but a well earned vacation for Dr Hall! I continue to visit Dr. Hall for my yearly eye exams. He gives a very thorough exam and is a very knowledgeable kind doctor. Amazing, same as last time. No one does eye exams like this anymore. Comprehensively thorough. I learned even more about ophthalmology than I did last time. Competent, educational, and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Hall’s for many years. He is very knowledgeable and takes excellent care of his patients. Cleo goes above and beyond managing the front office and assisting patients. I am thankful that there is an optimist’s office in our area that provides such great patient care and services.

We have used Dr. Hall since moving to this area over 20 years ago and have always been very impressed with his thoroughness.

Dr Hall is friendly, kind and very professional. I've been coming to him for 10 years. Never had any problems and I always leave very happy.

Worst customer service and the rudest staff ever. They need to retire.

Wanted to come see frames before making an appointment and they said no. Will never go there. Very very bad customer service they just lost 2 customers

This place is a JOKE!!! They claim they have NO APPOINTMENTS simply because of the insurance I carry!! I don't think its Dr. Hall, simply his receptionist. He was always a very nice doctor.

Was an old patient at Dr Hall talked quite a bit but was a good doctor. His receptionist just lost 2 patients that wanted to go back. My son and I wanted to see there frames before making an appointment but his elderly recepionist said no even told her we had an appointment somewhere else and we wanted to go see Dr Hall she said no go to the other eye doctor. I will never ever consider going to Dr Hall again and will tell people to stay away. I hope Dr Hall sees this post because he just lost 2 patients and any referrals we could have given him.
