Dr. Joel S Rozen

Dr. Rozen no longer sees patients as far as I know. I was seen by a dentist I believe by the name of Dr. Li. He was good and thorough although we lacked good communication. Most recently the receptionist seemingly nice never followed through with emailing my records to me. Although while connected on the phone she said, "I just sent them". She lied. The worst was the experience with the dental hygienist. The most unprofessional person I have ever met regarding chair side manners. The young person actually put her fingers on my lower teeth and turned my whole head towards her. That was very invasive, uncomfortable and a horrible experience. The office manager seems stressed and not near as friendly as most professional offices that I have been in. All in all they are very standoffish. The whole team. I have had very good experiences afterwards with a woman dentist in my area. Also in another area as I travel much. I do not recommend.

As a 71 year old male my teeth were wearing away. I went to Dr. Rosen on Feb 22, 2021. I told him what I needed. The cost would be over 12,000. It would take three visits. I agreed. Friday I went in for first surgery for top front six teeth. He inserted temporary (6) top front teeth. I paid for this procedure as they insisted. On March 19 I went in to have the permanent front teeth put in and the do the next phase. They requested payment. I wanted to know what was to be done before paying. When told the work they were doing it was not what I had requested and I said I would like to talk to Dr. Rosen. He came irate, belligerent, yelling and screaming for the whole office to hear. I am in total shock. He said I will give them to you and you can find another dentist to put them in. He said "I am done with you", and slammed the door almost breaking it. I already paid for them you will put them in. He did I left. The unprofessional unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM

Dr. Lee was extremely wonderful. He made me feel comfortable with the fact that I haven't been to see a dentist in a long time. I look forward to him doing all my dental work. Jocelyn was very good and gentle. Krista is the best. She cares about her patients. She made me feel that I am in good hands. Wonderful office Staff. Thank you all.

The office staff was excellent. They offer Saturday and evening hours for those who cannot make it during the week. Great office to go to

Easily the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Dr. Rozen fixed my toothache in no time. Dr. Rozen and the rest of the staff were very welcoming too and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend them.

I had a wonderful experience when I visited Dr. Rozen's clinic. The service was tremendous and the entire staff was friendly and provided top notch care. I would highly recommend Dr. Rozen to anyone in need of dental work.

My visit to the office was great. I had tooth pain and they got me in when it was convenient for my schedule. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The Doctor introduced himself and made me feel comfortable being there.

Amazing Dentist!!!

My wife just visited Dr. Rozen's office. Now we have had nothing but amazing treatment with the original Dr. Rozen, but the younger Dr. Rozen had my wife in tears. Basically treating her like a lower class citizen, not doing anything to help the main reason she went to visit their office. There is just too much to get into on here, but I would caution on who you visit at this office. To have your patients in tears during the visit is not a way to keep a practice running.

Doctors and the staff are so wonderful and so attentive couldn't ask for a better dentist and stuff I felt like they treated me excatly like family and really cared about me and how I felt. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Staff is awesome and patient. Went in for a cleaning and could not of asked for a better appt. Will return in 6 months

Recently had oral surgery and was very pleased with the outcome. The procedure went smooth and the staff was very friendly and tentative to my needs. THANK YOU!!! Would recommend this office.

Dr Rozen and his staff were very pleasant and professional to me during my sedation procedure. I was very nervous for my surgery but the doctor and his staff made it all a wonderful experience.
