Good doctors, terrible phone service.

Seeing the Dr. Or the PA. Don't see a DO make see. it is MD. Lesson learned.. He owes me 60. My insurance was changed.

This is the best Doctor ever! The Office is always clean, comfortable, and runs extremely efficient. You are seen at your appointment time. You are not made to wait hours like at other Doctors offices. The front of the house Nursing/Staff they are rare gems. They are kind, caring, concerned about your needs, etc. Dr. Goldberg is an excellent Doctor. His bedside manner is excellent. I cant say enough about Doctor Goldberg and his amazing team of extraordinary experienced staff. If I could give a trillion stars I would. I have been with them for about 6 years or more. I refuse to ever go anywhere else. I can't seriously say enough about my wonderful Doctor. They have a Counselor there as well. His name is Dan. Dan is another great asset Dr. Goldberg 's Office has. Dr. Goldberg is a great, understanding and kind doctor. He doesn't admit judgement or make you feel less than. His staff are awesome and I been going here for over 6 years and cant say a bad thing about them. Dr. Goldberg and his staff are awesome. Since attending this office I have always enjoyed my visits. No confrontations thus far with insurance. They really go the extra mile for the patient, customer. Comfortable facility.

Left him years ago after having a glucose test that required drinking sugar solutions and then have three blood draws every hour. The problem was his phlebotomist was about 90 years old and could not see. She stabbed the hell out if me 3 times and wasn't successful in the entirety of the test. I gave him an earful and said we were done. On top of that he does not believe in fax machines so I couldn't have results faxed. Had to be hand carried. He need to go out to pasture.

I LOVE dr Goldberg!! He is literally always willing to do whatever he needs for his patients. If I the on call number on the weekends/after hours he always has gotten right back to me regardless of the situation. I couldn’t be more grateful to have a doc like him!

No pills no appointment, no drug test, no problem ! Just have your money ready.

Went into the office Tuesday March tenth, 2020, I had an appointment at 11:30 waited until 12:15 and still had not been seen, they rescheduled me for Thursday the 12th at 3:15. So I showed up to my appointment after being sick for a week at this point. So they kicked me out basically when I walked in the door because my throat hurt and I had a fever, said they could not see me. They also stated that they would give me a note for work from Tuesday until Thursday and the note was not given. You can tell the office is a candy giving office ( meaning supplying pain pills or opioids to whomever ). Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I moved to the area a few months back, and wanted to change to someone closer. At my first appointment, one of the first questions the secretary asked was "are you here for suboxone". That should have been my first indication to turn around and walk out the door. I only go to the Drs. when I'm sick, and every few months to get my prescriptions refilled. Normally Drs would write out my script for three months at a time, but Dr. Goldberg wouldn't, and put refill x1 on a controlled substance. Not only is this not allowed (which a Dr. should know) but when I called to let them know of the discrepancy, the secretary told me to just call back in when it was time to refill, and they would get me a new prescription wrote up. I noticed I was running low on Tuesday, called and was told I would get a call back to let me know when I could pick up. I've called every day and still get the same "we'll call you back and let you know when it's ready for pickup". Now I'm out, and will have to deal with not getting my medicine, and all the side effects that come with it. Still being told "we'll get to it when we can" with absolutely no time frame, and to top it off they close early today so now I'll be out until I guess I can get an appointment with my old Dr in the city. I'd rather drive the 45 minutes to them then deal with this horrible Dr and staff that obviously do not care about their patients. Parking bad. Never see same person twice.. And Dr goldberg is never there..

My son is 11 years old and i have never seen or met Dr goldberg.. Everytime i go there its a different student or Nurse practitioner.. Its a shame there isent another ped in my area cause i would be gone... Also THE PARKING most of the spots are used by the staff.. Had to drive around for 20 min til someone left.. Also alot of his patients are doing there SUBOXINE treatments not sure i want my kid around someone flipping out cause they cant get in to get there meds.. Dr Goldberg is the best doctor that I’ve ever gone to! He makes you feel comfortable every time you see him! Every time I’m there I spend about 10-15 minutes tops, unlike other suboxone doctors that I’ve seen in the past, where I’ve spent half of the day waiting for a prescription! Go see Dr Goldberg!! I’ve been a patient here for 2+ years now, and I’ve never had a bad experience; Dr. Goldberg himself is wonderful, there’s never a long wait to be seen, and the front desk staff are also amazing (Dan in particular worked patiently, for two months, on a prescription coverage issue for me...rockstar!). The teeny parking lot leaves a lot to be desired, but there’s rarely more than a few other people waiting to be seen at the same time, so it’s tolerable enough. Finished our visit today keeping check on blood pressure medication. Great practitioner. Been our family doctor now for about 38 years. Never one to over medicate. Thanks Doc till next visit.

The office is an old house. Computer system is archaic. Parking lot is a joke. I've witnessed disabled people trying to use the "handicapped" entrance and been panicked for them! Concrete isn't up to code and they throw out a transportable ramp, very scary to watch! You won't see Dr. Goldberg you get shuffled to PAs. No relationship, no warm fuzzies, no understanding for chronic disabling diseases, son is his office manager and doesn't respond to messages, I have used the practice three times and felt the same way every time I was there.

I recommend anyone who is looking for a doctor that cares for their patients that goes over and beyond for their patients. And give you over a 100 and 10% health care assistance the doctor you were looking for is dr. Joel Goldberg.

The office makes appointments and doesn't document them, you go in and they refuse to see you. My child has Keystone First as a secondary and billed incorrectly (confirmed by insurance bills not submitted correctly or not at all) and they refused to see him because of a balance. Dr himself quotes made up law and regulations that I verified with the state. Very rude and unprofessional. He is now hurt and out of medication for a chronic condition and they don't care.

Never can get in touch with them I could be dying.

Worst doctors ever! Iv been in pain for 3 weeks with head aches and they will not set me up with an appointment they talk to you like your a child Nd they refuse to help poo the patient

I have been a patient of dr Goldberg for a little over a year now. Dr Goldberg and are so attentive. My experience eith Dr Goldberg and his staff has been amazing from the time I walk in the door to the time I leave. I see the doctor at least one a month because of medical conditions that require frequent visits. Dr goldburg and his staff helped me on a holiday weekend after hours to get my power restored. They waited on the phone with peco for over an hour while they transferred him from department to department. I don't know of any doctor that would do that for a patient. I am very lucky to have a doctor who cares so much for me as a patient. Dr. Goldberg treats each patient on a personable but professional level. I would not go anywhere else. I have been seeing Dr. Goldberg for 2 yrs now and have always received prompt, courteous, and compassionate care. They ask questions and rm REALLY listen to my answers and if I have something I want to talk about, they hear me out even if im just venting. They explain very clearly what my care plan is and answer my questions thoroughly. The front desk staff are also VERY helpful and friendly.. Dr. Goldberg (and Dan) + the rest of the staff are amazing, always accommodating to my annoying habit of being late or rescheduling last minute. I never had to wait more than 5 mins in the waiting area, and have always gotten prompt call-backs after business hours (emergencies or meds called in). Dr. Goldberg is the bomb!

I have had to deal with a chronic rare disease all this time, so I have seen many Dr.'s. His patient centered approach is well received by his clients. Dr. Goldberg takes time to hear concerns and discuss a variety treatment options and outcomes. He educates patients and families regarding diagnoses, therapy, and preventative health issues. Dr. Goldberg will frequently follow up with his patients making sure that their condition is improving or if not, referring them to specialists for further evaluation and care. I have been Dr. Goldberg's patient for many years. Last year I spent several days in the hospital and Dr. Goldberg and his staff were very concerned about me. Dr. Goldberg called the hospital several times to check on me and saw me in his office shortly after my release to check on my progress. His staff goes above and beyond, frequently solving problems the patients could have handled themselves. I have found the best Dr. He and his staff are the best I have seen in many years. I have a rare chronic disease, and Dr. Goldberg has been the best at handling this in at least 25 years of seeing many different types of Dr.'s. If you want a caring Dr. and staff, these are the people to see !

Dan runs the Suboxone program better than any dr I have been to! Hes always on call, on top of prior authorizations- never lets them expire. He spends time with everyone. Gave me his card with phone and email address, also helped me find out the cheapest version of suboxone since I don't have insurance. He worked with the pharmacy to compare prices of Sub tablets, sub film with coupon, Zubsolv, and Bunavail. He even helped me sign up for an assistance program through the manufacture of suboxone.

Dr Goldberg is the best Dr in the area always is conceded about your health problems an asks questions about outside funtions an addresses any questions you have. Very excellent Ron Wood has been going there for 9 yrs. An he's always there for any questions you have. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an excellent Dr.

This is the best experience that I ever had at a Doctor's office. I visited him a few years ago and could not imagine finding a new doctor. He has a great balance of experience, compassion, knowledge and practicality. In a time when it is common to practice automatic medicine, it refreshing to find a physician that does not use an "one size fits all" approach. His staff is well trained and very accommodating. I have to travel a distance to see him but it is well worth the drive!
