I have been coming here since I was a kid, been over 30 years. I have seen all the changes.(changing with the times). You get what you pay for, high QUALITY service. I moved further away and still drive over an hour to see JAY! I would not consider myself just a patience but (FAMILY) because that is how they make you feel!

Dr. Wardius is a true professional and a nice person. His staff is also great -- competent, friendly and transparent about billing questions.

Wardius used to be a name you could trust. When wardius worked with his sister this was a ship shape practice. Now that he, in his advancing years, is trying to run the show, he has completely ruined his practice. They charge $75 for a missed appointment and then give you a firm date and time and you wait 45 minutes in the back in the chair. I was told it was because he was "busy". He cannot handle the patients they schedule and then takes shortcuts to save time. Shortcuts at the expense of the patient! I had a sore tooth, I told his assistant, told him and he still poked and prodded with his "explorer". The first time I said it was too sore to do that, he completely ignored me. He then did the same thing in another area if the tooth and I made to decision to walk out. He actually refused to give me novocaine because it would have taken a minute or two! HIS schedule comes first. He cuts any corner possible.He is uncaring, untrustworthy, impatient, short-tempered and does not listen to the patient. A cardinal rule is to listen to what your patient says before gouging and inflicting unnecessary pain on them. I would stay far far away from this dreadful practice. It is sad what he has allowed it to become. Beware! Punctual and professional.

Always able to get in and out! Staff is great plus it’s nice and clean ????

Stay far far away from this dentist. As he has aged, he has become sloppy and uncaring. I went with a sore tooth. Made is clear to his assistant that it was sore, made it clear to Wardius too. He then used his "explorer" to poke and prod at the sore tooth and gum. The first time he did it ,I told him it was too sore to poke with a sharp tool without novocaine. He completely ignored me and did the same thing again, only deeper and more painful. At that point, I left the chair. Poor poor!!

I have been here once for annual checkup and tooth cleaning. They are friendly and guide us a lot to keep our teeth safe. They have inspected and later surprisingly called and informed about the tooth filing for some of my teeth. They have collected all the information beforehand and immediately responded to all my queries. Will visit them again. ---Updated on 02/26/18 All the statements mentioned above were true. But the after story was slightly different. After that tooth filing, one of the filling caused severe pain after 4 months and resulted in root canal. When I came back for permanent filling after the root canal, a different procedure was implemented for the filling which wasn't covered by Insurance on that day. But it would have covered by insurance after 25 days. It wasn't sent for pre-authorize and also I wasn't informed about this different procedure for filling. Finally, I ended paying $200 though I had an insurance with me. I'm updating this review because some of my friends are asking me the opinion based on this review. Friendly staff. They make you feel like family not just a patient.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Wardius' office for 18 years. During that time he has always taken great care of us and I will never go anywhere else.

They are so nice and wonderful. Every time you go there they talk and treat you just like family. Even though I moved to Bear, DE, I will continue to go to their office because the care is so great

Dr Wardius is amazing. I have anxiety when I go to a dentist, and Dr Wardius always caters to my over the top worries ????. He is a family man and takes the time every visit I have to inquire about my family..Dr Jay and staff are more than a dentist office..they are family!!!

LOVE my dentist! Bet you dont' hear that often. The staff and Dr at Wardius Dental are the best. Considerate, thoughtful, and genuine. My family and I have been going to Dr. Wardius for 18 years. He has always been great and I will never go anywhere else. I have had a great experience every time I have gone there and his opinions are always sincere. I have never once had any issues.

My entire family has been going here for years! I have finally found the best dentist in the area. I would not take my kids anywhere else! They love Dr. Patty who is so patient with them and always makes them feel comfortable. The entire staff here really cares about their patients and it shows. They do a wonderful job!!

Wardius dentistry is a warm friendly inviting place. The facility is impecable and has current technology. The people are friendly and knowledgable. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
