I must say that I have disliked dentists for as long as I can remember (I am in the pay phone era). Dr. Kim and his entire staff are wonderful. First time patient of Dr. Kim - he was referred by a friend of mine who sees him regularly. Dr. Kim’s office staff was very personable and helpful. Dr. Kim himself did my cleaning which was very quick (I should note that in my almost 30 years, I’ve never had the actual dentist do my cleaning as it has always been an oral hygienist, so I was pleasantly surprised that he did it himself). This is the first time I have ever been to a dentist who did not criticize oral hygiene (every dentist I have ever seen prior to this has always moaned about not flossing enough, even if you do regularly floss!). He was kind, and often checked to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain while he checked the gums and cleaned my teeth. He also took the time to get to know a little about me and my concerns. After we finished up my appointment he took the time to look at a few pictures of my kids, and he could not have been more charming! I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Kim - and for the first time ever, I’m looking forward to scheduling my next visit. Staff was all very nice. I like how they explain everything- what they're doing and why.... I wasnt just told what he thinks i should do, but rather shown my x-rays and discussed a treatment plan. It felt like I was making my own choice. There was no scolding for what I should've done but I was told they're there to help. I am so glad I went here and would recommend them to anyone!
