I was a patient of Dr. Takata. In the beginning of Jan, 2023 I called because of heart palpitations. She immediately began tests. On Jan, 5, I received results from a ct scan indicating cancer. I asked her if I should be referred to an oncologist. She said "no not yet. I'll let you know when its time." Many tests later, Dr. Takata didn't refer me on Jan 31. She always called me on the telephone. Never in her office. It was always, "I dont know what's going on. Sorry, sorry." She never came out and said I had cancer and in her last TC to me she told me my prognosis wasn't good. Well I do have cancer and my prognosis is good. This doctor is unprofessional and I would not recommend you see her.

Over my career I've worked with and had a lot of medical professionals to compare with and chose from. I chose Dr Takata as my primary physician and couldn't be happier. She's efficient with her time (and mine) by listening, examining me, and providing relevant medical advice all while entering the immense amount of online data required from doctors today. The staff at the Paddock Lake office is friendly and helpful. Three years ago I made the right choice with Dr Takata.

Dr. Takata became my doctor July, 2022. In Jan., 2023 I contacted the office because of heart palpitations. Dr. Takata thought I might have complications from COVID. She ordered a CT PE scan on Jan. 5, 2023. The tests results came back metastatic disease (cancer) and to have a cancer workup. I asked Dr. Takata about a referral to an oncologist. Her reply, "not yet. When it's time I'll refer you." Every telephone call I got from her was "I don't know. I'm sorry, very sorry." Always on the telephone never in her office. The whole month of January it was more tests. On January 31 she referred me an oncologist. Her last call to me on that day I asked her what my prognosis was, "it's not good, sorry." Yes I do have cancer, my prognosis is good however. I should have been referred on Jan 5. It's devastating enough being diagnosed with cancer but to have to go through what I/my family went through because of this doctor was very wrong, unprofessional and could have been avoided.

I love Dr. Takata, she always treats me with kindness and is very thorough and answers my questions and concerns.

Dr. Takata is one of the most caring, compassionate doctors I have ever had. If anyone says something bad about her they must be very selfish and self-entitled.

Dr. Takata has been my primary care physician for several years now. She is WONDERFUL. She truly listens to my problems and concerns and always addresses them fully. Whenever anyone is looking for a doctor, I send them to her!

Absolutely love dr Takata . My husband still sees her im not able to cause insurance reasons . She is far the best dr we have had. She calls him directly to let him know his results. There will be a day that I will be able to be her patient again .

Dr. Takata is amazing. She is kind and thoughtful, and truly cares about her patients. I have been going to her for years. I always feel like my medical concerns are fully addressed, and I can't imagine a better doctor.

I started seeing Dr. Takata in 2022 as my previous physician was not listening to my concerns. Dr. Takata is very caring and understanding, however her staff is rude and when I need to call for anything they always want me to schedule an appointment even for the simplest things. One staff member especially is extremely uncaring and has gone as far as to tell me that I haven't been a patient that long, so I should go to the ER. Just not professional at all! Love the doctor, not the staff!

Dr. Takata has been my Primary Care Provider for years! I started seeing her when she was part of Wheaton, continued on with Ascension and have followed her out to Paddock Lake with Froedtert. She is kind and caring. She listens without judgement. She doesn’t just treat the symptoms, she fixes the problem! I drive almost 30 miles each way to see her… and she is worth it! I’m so thankful that when she relocated she stayed close enough for me to continue on as a patient in her practice!

Absolutely the worst treatment and experience I’ve ever had with a physician. She not only was rude, she was not thorough, she treated me with zero respect, as if my health concerns were a waste of her time. I quote “ this isn’t a drive through, you don’t just get what you want”. She was physically shaking with anger after she tried to abruptly leave saying we were finished and I asked her to please explain to me what we actually did today ( physically shaking) she also said “ we are the professionals, so we’re the ones that actually know what you need” “ you’re not having any issues so you can’t get that checked out”- absolutely no regard for preventative medicine. I am studying for my NP. I am a medical professional, and I would never treat a patient or anyone the way I was treated, I understand what I’m asking for and I know why I’m asking. If you want a physician that takes the time to address your concerns, makes you feel like you’ve been heard and is thorough this isn’t the one for you. I’ve contacted the Froedtert system to report this physician and I’m also finding a new primary. I am forced to put one star but if I was able to it would be zero stars.

Kind and caring. I even went to her when I was out of network. Lucky to have found her.

I think she is wonderful. She helped me in one visit with an issue that I dealt with for years with other doctors. I have recommended her to others and they as well like her. I find her very easy to speak with.

I first saw Dr Takata in January 2020. My primary care Dr was retiring and Dr Takata was moving her practice to Froedtert. I'm very pleased to have Dr Takata as my primary care physician. Excellent communication, always feel "listened to", never feel rushed, always been able to make an appointment in a timely manner. Dr Takata checks all the boxes for what I look for in a doctor. In addition, Dr Takata is primary for my wife, my son and daughter in law.

Helpful, knowledgeable, and a good listener. Very happy I found her!
