Dr James Kozarek is the greatest doc iv ever had. And I'm 57 and seen a lot of doctors. He listened to me and understood my situation. He Caught my husband's cancer and saved his life.

Great Dr. and if he suspects something he will send you to another Dr. to get to the bottom of the problem. He is a good Doc????????

I've seen Dr. Kozarek for 35 years, he's a good doctor and the staff are amazing!

Love my doctor!! Him and his staff are wonderful… the staff is always kind and quick and same with the Doctor… he helps me get through any sickness I have.. 5 Stars for him….

Office runs well, staff are amazing and the Doc seems to care more than most about his patients. His knowledge is far above average, and he makes me laugh. Good guy.

They always treat me well and perform excellent medicine, even through the covid pandemic. From reception, to nurse, to doctor - they are all amazing. Thanks for all that you do!

Been seeing Kozarek since I was a little girl! My children also go to him. We have never had a problem and has had the same staff for as long as I can remember.

Best Doctor around Indiana! He listens and cares for me. I love the feel of the old antique doctor that isn’t tied to the computer while he talks to me. He actually looks at me and not an iPad or computer!

I've had mentally health issues as far back as I can remember. This is the only place that I feel has taken my mental health and sanity serious. Dr. Kozerk and Amie Hamm both are wonderful people who truly want to help. This is the first time in 13 years that I feel like I've been taken seriously and they want to offer multiple recources to help. Blessed to have found this place in my home town. I'm ready to be back to myself and live life. Hopefully relationships will get fixed and I can lead a normal life. First time I haven't felt like a guinea pig and I always feel welcomed. 10/10 recommend!! With that being said I was referred and started going to Adult in Child in Franklin. They were the rudest people I had ever dealt with in my life. April I did my intake appointment and the Dr canceled on me 3 times, finally I asked if people with mental issues are often treated this way by that facility and they hung up on me and closed my case! Talk about fear, panic, and anxiety! I asked to file a complaint and they having nothing set up to do so from what I was told. One of the worst Dr.’s I’ve ever dealt with. He was (unfortunately) the weekend Dr on call. All I needed was him to call in a referral so I could have the Eli Lily therapeutic infusion for Covid, that I qualified to have as being high risk. He made the call and when the hospital admin he was talking to indicated she needed to send him a 3-page referral form which consists of checking boxes he told her “it’s Saturday, I don’t have time for that”. Then when he called me back he said he was “unable to do anything” and “it was more involved than I was told” that there were “several” forms that needed to be filled out. I know this because I called the lady back and she was so nice and helpful. She said Kozarek barely let her get a word in and that she was going to send him the form until he refused because he doesn’t have time to be a Dr! Now, I have to wait until Monday and hope and pray that my symptoms don’t worsen which would no loner make me eligible to receive the infusion.

Best MD! Takes his time and cares about his patients. He knows his discipline! He would not go to another practice. We only trust him. We drive 2 hours to see him as we have moved south.

His RN Prescribed medication with seizures as a side effect to someone with epilepsy, which prompted the patient to almost have a seizure. Luckily, the patient has had enough to seizures to know when one is coming on. Medication stopped, neurologist called, and appointment is already made for a new family doctor.

Dr Kozarek is a good, no nonsense, and compassionate doctor. I have been going to him for years and so has my 92 year old mother. The problem that I have is with his front office staff, they are not friendly at all, unprofessional and close to being rude at times. I have tried to call about results of a test and have stayed on hold for 30 minutes twice now. Ridiculous. Dr Kozarek is a good, no nonsense, and compassionate doctor. I would give it less than 1 star is I could due solely to the fact of how rude the receptionist was upon booking the appointment...the 2ay she spoke to my wife made us not want to go there..when I arrived she was super rude once again....I was only visiting to get a chiropractic referral I didn't even really need there help...I would recommend changing doctors if your looking at this place..i did and it was the best choice for me and my family...they lost 5 customers due to their unprofessionalism I would give it less than 1 star is I could due solely to the fact of how rude the receptionist was upon booking the appointment...the 2ay she spoke to my wife made us not want to go there..when I arrived she was super rude once again....I … More

Doctor does a good job but the front office staff is unwilling to help and treat you like your a bother that they have to do something. I don't care how good the doctor is if your support staff is this bad your not going to be well reviewed. They wouldn't let me keep my appointment because they couldn't verify insurance on the internet. They wouldnt let us just pay cash. I called insurance and insurance said they were rude. So I guess this doctors office will shut down and not see patients if the internet is down. Received medication for my neck, six months later Dr. Kozarek asked me how my back was doing... Receptionist is very rude, no matter what. I will not return and am in search of a real doctor!

I hate going to the doctor, but since Dr. Kozarek saved my life by getting me into heart surgery, I have to give him 5 stars. He is one of the few doctors in my 63 years who I can say really cares. We need more doctors like him.
