Excellent! Understood my problem and went right to a fix. Took the time to listen, Love that. BTW, the staff were fine and I don't understand why the Doctor should "take a hit" because of a staffer.

I had an appointment at 3:30 Tuesday last. My GPS led me astray.....I was lost.....I tried to call your office to get directions.....The operator said all agents were busy and that my call will be answered in the same order as received. .....I lastened to music and the operator's message for over '40' minutes.....too late to affect any good outcome. Thanks to the lady that answered my call, I made another appointment and I owe her a profound apology. Richard Russell

Dr. Lambert has been professional, friendly and willing to answer our questions. He has been willing to engage in conversation about my treatment instead of just telling me what he is going to do.

My father has been a patient of Dr. Lambert for the last two years. There are not enough words to express how wonderful he and his staff have been. He has called me and my father after hours on many occasions to explain things. Every time we go there, they make us feel like we are the only ones there and are never in a hurry to leave. Always ready willing and able to answer our questions

I would highly recommend Dr. Lambert. I had a great experience with him performing my surgery. Everything went smoothly, on schedule and we were kept informed. He is smart, professional and knowledgeable. He was personable and courteous as well.

I was a new patient of Dr. Lambert and I felt like I was just another number. There was no regard for my concerns. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Dr Lambert was the second Dr. I have had dealings with. The first was through a referral for a initial exam. Then found that my case was being turned over to him. No consult was done with both together. The first experience with Dr. Lambert was after a CT scan. I showed up for what I believed was going to be a session to go over those results as well as have a ultra sound performed. The results were the last thing that was being discussed. The Dr. is just young and not in touch with my needs.
