Ilaxi Patel

I've been a patient of Dr. Patel for 10+ years. She is very kind and caring. She really takes the time to listen to her patients . She is a wonderful doctor and I love her personality. Very down to earth, and doesn't use all that medical jargon to explain things.

My appointments with Dr. Patel have been satisfactory, but the service and follow-up has been terrible. Enough where I don't want to go back again; as her office states they'll follow through on things and don't (i.e., prescription refills, etc.). Her office don't seem to really care about their patients.
