Wonderful doctors that actually care about their paitents

I felt absolutely disregarded by Dr Rose as a woman and a patient. My symptoms were all brushed off. I have night sweats and on more than one occasion was advised to buy a fan for UNDER my bed, Rather than run tests. Dr Rose also seems to be unreliable in her attendance. I waited months for help from her only to be told she decided to go on medical leave the day she was supposed to help me. In fact she was on medical leave a lot which made me have to see other doctors who didn’t know my history. Lastly she spoke down to me and didn’t order the tests I asked for, instead blamed the lab for the test confusion which I believe was a out right lie.

Dr Rose was amazing! It was the best experience with a dr I have ever had. She listened to all my concerns, addressed my issues and gave me solutions! I appreciate how much she made me feel heard.

Very rude. Literally yelled at me in her office. Unprofessional. Never be back to see her again.

Had an appointment for my daughter scheduled for 4:15pm. Showed up on time and a different patient was in and out. We are going on 4:45 pm and still have not been called back. Bad service for medical professionals. Nothing against Dr. Rose she is great. Just terrible service!

I went for an appointment with my daughter and the doctor went off about females being strong and gave this long woman power speech and then went on to talk about some story about her and her husband. I just thought it was unprofessional and weird. I felt super uncomfortable. Then I didn’t like the way she handled my daughter and didn’t feel like she was kid friendly. Dr. Rose is wonderful. She actually takes the time to listen and truly cares about her patients. I am so happy I found her when I moved to Newaygo.

Dr. Rose is a fantastic doctor! My daughter has Autism and she is absolutely priceless to us.

I called trying to get in because of an issue I am having that needs to be seen sooner rather than later. But because I would be a new patient, I was told they would be scheduling those in August. When I asked if there was any way to get in sooner. I had given one answer... "No." Why is it that new patients don't deserve immediate attention? Why, when I have a problem that I am told by urgent care to go see a doctor, am I refused but that doctors office? So disappointing. And just not right. Favorite Dr..so happy to have her for our family dr.

I saw Dr. Rose recently and she listened to me and then was stating things that were not true. She should not try to treat you in areas where she has little knowledge in. Then later writes in her notes from the visit, lies and when she was proven wrong she does not undue the damage she has done by her lies. She states she is a Christian, by one has to wonder by the way she talks, and her actions. I would steer clear of this Doctor who clearly has issues with her patients! I don't know what problems other patients who complained had with her, but I would bet the problem was the patient's. I don't care for most doctors I've seen over the years but I found Erica to be both compassionate and discerning. She sincerely cared about my situation and I believe she would fight for me if necessary to get the care I need. God bless her and her practice! Dr. Rose has been my Dr. for years now. She is a wonderful Dr. who is always willing to take the time to listen. She doesn’t rush me through my appointments, and is always respectful and courteous. Even after moving to Muskegon, I chose to keep seeing her instead of finding a Dr closer to home.

Dr. Rose is by far the best doctor I have ever had and I have had many. She is straight forward and if you are a patient who has been to doctors who give up on you, I can attest that she will not. I have been her patient for four years now, and trust her every word. Under her care we have found some answers to things that have plagued me my whole life. She treats you like family and she cares for my children as if they were her own. She is a very good doctor with lots of knowledge. She donates time and goods to the community and is an amazing person that I am proud to say she is my Doctor. Dr. Rose is by far the best doctor I have ever had and I have had many. Dr Rose has been my doctor for years, and is also the Dr of many of my family members. She is an awesome Dr and I'd recommend her to anybody. She never makes me feel rushed, she takes time to listen to what I have to say. She truly cares about her patients!
