Dr. Shantzer is great. I've been seeing him since 2015, and saw him again today. He's kind, compassionate and patient. He LISTENS to how you feel, what your goals are, and he discusses and ecplains all alternative treatments, their pros and cons, etc. What more could you want in a doctor?

Dr Nur and his assistant Catherine were excellent during my RCT. They ensured throughout my procedure I was comfortable and understood what was happening. They were both attentive, great listeners, extremely professional and offered a welcoming environment. I am happy with my experience during my visit. I had my first dental experience today with Dr Shantzers office. The office is new to me because my dentist for the past 20 years retired. My visit was fantastic, they are very personable, and I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I highly recommend them! The staff is very nice and they do top notch work.

Dr. Shantzer spent a lot of time explaining things to me in a very knowledgeable way. He gave me several options and also did this in a caring as well as humorous way which I so appreciated

The office staff are friendly and very professional. They are very accommodating and trying to get you in as soon as possible to accommodate your needs. I saw Caren today she was wonderful she explained everything before she did a procedure . She also assisted Dr Eric Shantzer . Dr Shantzer is wonderful he puts you immediately at ease with his professionalism and personality. He usually stops by the waiting room too for a quick hi to everyone waiting there. Not a white coat you come to me in my office kind of dr. His office has up to date equipment he even made some kind of tooth while I was in the chair. The office is always clean the equipment always in good order. I have always felt comfortable going here and sending family and friends here too.

Dr. Schantzer, and his staff are very welcoming, and kind. Our first experience with Dr. Schantzer was an emergency before an appointment . He went out of his way to take care of my husband! He truly is a compassionate doctor! I came to the practice as a result of my husband’s treatment. I was deeply grateful to Dr. Schantzer. His staff are very competent, gentle, and reassuring. We’re extremely pleased with all of the services that we’ve received. The office environment is nice, and clean. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental care.

As always, Dr. Shantzer and the staff are very pleasant. Every procedure is explained fully and they are always sympathetic to any apprehension you may have. The hygienists do an excellent job on dental cleaning and giving tips for home dental care.

I am not a fan of dentists since I was a boy. However, the young ladies who work here are amazing, confident, and place your mind at ease. Dr. Shantzer is also top notch because he would never suggest a procedure for you unless he feels it's the perfect solution. My family & I are beyond happy that we have Dr. Shantzer for our dentist! I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr. S. and his team of wonderful girls who work for him make going a great experience. Somehow, Dr. S. found just the right people to work for him; he is the most pleasant and kindest person ever, and each of his staff members greet you with a big smile every time you go in (I get jealous because they all have PERFECT teeth)! I just love Dr. S. no way we'd ever change dentists!

My family has been seeing Dr. Shantzer for many years. When you refer all your family members to the same doctor it's because you trust them and you feel welcomed. His staff is great, it's a very clean environment, and Dr. Shantzer himself is a great dentist. Thanks for the many years of service to our community.
