Dr Bowens was our family doctor for at least 15 years, until he moved to a different location. Such a great doctor, our kids loved him and so did my husband and I. Very good with kids and adults, even babies. He is very knowledgeable and good at what he does, gave such good care. Always digging deeper and thinking things through. Also listened well, too his time with us. Did everything he could to help us, including referring to specialists or discussing with other doctors if needed for unusual things to be on the safe side, as no doctor can be an expert in all areas. He also would answer my many challenging questions with a smile, also willing to let me wait things out if appropriate or try alternative treatments. Excellent bedside manners and very kind and personable. I highly recommend him, we were so disappointed to lose him!

I saw Dr. Bouwens at Spectrum Community Medicine in 2013. He went the extra mile and found that I had cancer and referred me to treatment. I feel he gave me great care from an initial check up. Perhaps saved my life. Thank you!!!
