Dr. Caswell and her staff are amazing! The office is very clean, bright and inviting. They took extra precautions to make us feel safe amid COVID-19. Dr. Caswell is very sweet and she has a kindred spirit. It is evident that she is passionate about the work that she does. She was so thorough and informative. Also, she took great care when dealing with my son and daughter.
Dr. Caswell, of Little Peaches Dentistry in Tyrone, is unfortunately receiving this review due in part to her office staff. Dentist and staff did not act in the best interest of the child originally stated child must be under sedation which required child to wait months, with pain, for an appointment. Due to insurance restrictions, provider choice was limited. When office erroneously cancelled child's appointment, they were suddenly able to see child in 2 weeks under gas sedation.
