Carol Ann Pisarello

My mother was a patient of Dr Pisarello for many years in Albany and kept all appointments. My mother was in visible congestive heart failure for nearly two years before being admitted through the Emergency department . This visible Congestive Heart failure ( shortness of breath , extremity swelling unsayable electrolytes) went unnoticed by Dr Carol for those two years. I am lucked that my moms neighbor made her go to the EC or my mother would not have survive Dr Carols care. I’m so glad she left Albany. My mom is going so much better

Although my parents had good experiences with her, as a young female I did not. She questioned nearly every symptom I mentioned like I was “just a dramatic woman.” I thought I must be wrong because, how could one female treat another female like that? I’ve since mentioned my experience to several people in my age group and I was shocked to find how many other “young women” had gotten the same vibe from her. I now have a great doc who respects me, no matter my age, race or sex.

Dr. Pisarello is everything that a doctor USED to be! Warm/Friendly....a great listener....a physician who CARES!! She is our family doctor---grandma/my husband and I/my sister/my children. And she knows us all individually. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor! Her nurse, Quinn, is also a gem!! So sweet and kind...so helpful and courteous. She goes out of her way to help each of us in our family whatever the need.

Dr Pisarello is the kindest most compassionate doctor I have ever been to. My entire family are her patients. She found a problem with my husband that several other specialist totally missed (could have been life threatening). I highly reccommend her!

Dr. Pisarello is widely recognized to be one of the finest internists in the Albany, Ga area. Her demeanor and the respect she gives each patient is impeccable. She uses the latest software as a reminder of appointments or medical tests that should be administered to patients of a particular age. Each patient is given adequate time. The only area for major improvement is the usual one hour wait time between appt. time and time the doctor is seen. Next appt. I will report any improvement.
