best doctor ever

The only two nice people in this office are Sophia Molina, N.P. and the M.A.(forgot her name). The receptionist and the office manager, Sorayda, are both rude. There was clearly no communication between the clinic manager and the receptionist, she did not know my appointment had been moved up that morning by Sorayda. The doctor is condescending with staff in front of patients. She is running that clinic like McDonalds. She went in to the room and asked questions that I had been asked just days before and things on my file. She reviewed my labs like she was trying to get out in 5 minutes and when I asked her a question she responded with no warmth, or sympathy to my concern. In contrast I was seen by Sophia a few days before and she has great bedside manner. She listens and makes you feel comfortable. She answered my questions and knew my health history well. Too bad Sophia is in this office with this staff or I would continue having her as my provider.

Worst customer service. Spoke with Zoreida and she is very mean, rude, cutting me off while trying to ask questions acting like she knows what I'm about to say. Not very good especially for a medical office. Need to show compassion and patience.

Love Dr Kamdars office. Outstanding customer service from ALL employees. Been going there for over 15 years and have never had a problem. They are all very professional and very caring people. Love Sophia and Zorida. Keep up the great work ladies!!!!

The office is run down and filthy. The office staff are very rude! They never, ever return a phone call. They often forget to forward your prescription to the pharmacy! I would not recommend this doctor to anyone!

I am a new patient and my first visit was great! Clean facility and a friendly staff.

Worst place to go to !! They will give you an appointment in 3 weeks . Don’t go here.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Everytime you need to book an appt. It's always 2 to 3 weeks away. They can never make an exception for an urgent matter. Shows you how much they care about their patients. The front desk service is the worst! Alicia and Raquel are so unprofessional and very rude over the phone! Who is doing the hiring?!?!? Customer Service is EVERYTHING in a business and with people like the ones they have running the front just pushes patients to go elsewhere. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
