This receptionist at the office is unfriendly, unprofessional, rude and very unhelpful

The front desk lady has a terrible attitude. The nurses are amazing. The dentist is a little rough while doing a cleaning but he’s very fast and matter of fact. I would say overall good experience but the receptionist needs phone etiquette classes and an attitude adjustment. We have found a new dentist solely because of the receptionist. Great dentist! Have been a patient of Dr. Ahn for the last 20 years and I always feel at ease whatever treatment I get.

Horrible experience, wasn’t able to numb me

I came here after my dentist couldn't do a root canal and I couldn't find a dentist that would take my insurance (Medical) to do the procedure. Dr. Ahn was the only Dr. within a 20 mile radius that would do the procedure and accept Medical. He did a great job! I'm very happy I found him. The staff are very helpful and sweet.

I've been coming here sense I was a child. The people are always friendly and they always call to confirm appointments :)
