Worst visit in my entire life. I left there in more pain than when I arrived. More pain physically, spiritually, and mentally. Find another Doctor! If I could give this person and his office a -5 I would. I only share this so that you will not have to suffer the way I am right now!

Lazy office staff. With no other patients in the waiting room or an examining rooms. Still had to wait for close to an hour my medical transportation had already shown up so I had to leave. Without seeing the nurse practitioner no doctor on premises....

He appears to care and to intent to treat but in fact is ineffective and has no idea what his staff is doing. Went in for MRI results on a Friday, was told my rx would be called into pharmacy that day. Nothing to help me over a long holiday weekend with a crushed disc, in moderate to severe pain. This IS NOT a pain clinic, they could care less. I am 55 years old and really needed help. I didnt get it.

Dr. Bustos is the first doctor that understood that I did not want drugs as my only option for pain management. He listened and cared about what I had to say.
