This doctor does not help her patients and you can not get an appointment. My mom is sick and she has waited a year and she still sick.

Dr. Jones is Awesome however it is very hard to get an urgent appointment. The front desk staff always refer you to urgent care. No need to have a family Dr. if you can't see them after being instructed to see them by another physician. I had to actually call my mother's Cardiologist to get meds for a cold. By the way the Cardiologists nurse returned returned my call within 10 minutes.

This office is a joke. Every time I try to make an appointment she isn't going to be in the office that day. Then when asked what I need to see her for I'm told by the secretary that it is something that can be handled at the minute clinic. What a joke. Looking for a new doctor.
