Since I have prayed for a few hours off and on I have felt the need to take my post down that I had a few hours ago. I am still disappointed in this establishment. I will still pray for this business and the police department of Pendleton. My husband will be seeing another dentist in the morning , God did bless him with that! I am studded by today. Im sure my husband is not the only person that has been treated the way the dentist treated him this afternoon. The police department of Pendleton paid advocacy to this in my opinion. Friendly and Professional staff. My teeth feel better just knowing about this place. I highly recommend Bruce Family Dental!

Living in Europe doesn't make it easy to be able to come to Dr. Bruce's practice, but because it is so important to me to come to a place where I love and trust everyone on staff, it is worth the long trip back to SC for my dental care- Excellent care Dr. Jay

I have been a patient of Dr. Bruce for over 20 years. He and his staff give excellent care and have pointed me in the right direction when there are issues that needed the care of a specialist.

Dr. Bruce and his staff are amazing. I have an extreme fear of the dentist and so I decided to try the sedation route and Dr. Bruce provides that service. On my first visit I explained my fear and they have worked with me to make the experience as pleasant as possible. My most recent appointment completed a course of work over a span of a year and I must say that I had absolutely no fear on that day. Ann, the dental assistant, did a wonderfu job and Shelly in the front office was great!

Dr. Bruce and his staff are professional in every sense. They are genuinely concerned about their patients and provide compassionate care. I find everyone friendly, courteous and informative.

BAD EXPERIENCE. I went there about a month ago. They examined my teeth and suggested that I need to do a 'deep cleaning', aka scaling and root planing. Then they told me to wait until confirm with my insurance company see if it is gonna be covered. I waited one month and when I called they have not asked the insurance company yet. I was told the next day that it is not gonna be covered. They could have asked this one month ago, but they made me wait one whole month. In addition, when I told them I just want to do regular cleaning since it is not going to be covered, they refused to serve. So I had to go to another dentist and I paid $71 out of my pocket for this new appointment since I've used my chance with the last appointment at the Dr. Bruce's dentistry. A good dentist that cares about his patients. The office staff are friendly and helpful. However the two crowns and one filling had to be reworked about fives years later due to imperfections causing decay underneath. Had to spend $1200 more later since I moved to another state. But root canals were still good Andy new dentist complimented the work. Dr Bruce offered to rework the crowns, but was not economically feasible for me to travel. Dr. Bruce was very compassionate and patient with me. I felt like he cared about what I cared about. He was thorough giving me options and expressed his thankfulness that I chose his practice for dental work. I will go back to Dr. Bruce!

I have been going to Dr. Bruce for many years and will stay with him as long as he is in practice. I have some issues that most other people don't have and he is always there for me. I love the ones who work with him as you see the group as a team. He always has my best interest in mind. I don't live in the Clemson area and pass quite a few other dental practices on my way to his office but it is worth the drive. I actually had a good visit today at Dr. Bruce's office getting my teeth cleaned. The Techs are very good and easy with a sensitive mouth, like mine. Dr.Jay checked to see if I had any cavities and was excellent. Technique excellent. This office has the best staff of any office that I have ever used. I have been going to Dr. Bruce for about 23 years and I am very happy with his care. One weekend, Dr. Bruce had to come after hours to help with a cap that would not stay on and again on a Clemson home ball game day without complaints. Of course, our family and his still made the game and got a little laugh about strange meeting times with all of us in our Clemson Orange. I've been going to this dentist for years. ALWAYS do an outstanding job. I had to have fillings done on the side of my molars and I can't even tell they are there. A perfect job. Dr. Bruce is excellent at what he does.

So far, my 3 yr old daughter and I have had the best experience at Dr. Bruce & Assoc., and we've only been once each. The hygienist was amazing with my daughter (and she's the sensitive, overreactive type) and my daughter did amazingly b/c of how great the hygienist was with her. Even while she was scraping tartar off her teeth! Amazed. Dr. (Arthur) Bruce is the nicest, yet very thorough, as was the hygienist I had for my own cleaning. All the staff were super friendly as well. I'm just so thankful they were/are accepting new patients when I called! And fyi, this comes from someone who has had much dental work during their lifetime (braces, retainers, bridges, an implant, a crown, many fillings) and knows the difference between a great dentist and a bad one, (unfortunately). I have been a patient for years and have found Art and Jay to be excellent and concerned Dentist. They always cover the cost of procedures and options available to the patient. They are very sensitive to my needs as I have diabetes and genetic gum disease. I would highly recommend their services.

I would at any time give them/him a five star review. They are always very polite and do an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone.

The quality at Dr Bruce's office is excellent. And, I have always been able to see the doctor immediately for any emergency.

This is what every patient hopes for in a dentist. The entire staff works very hard to stay up to date on the latest techniques and equipment. I really appreciate the genuine concern and care they have for their employees and patients. Above all, they are very good at what they do.
