I really think he’s gonna fix me. Struck gold!

My previous experience with Dr. Pandya was such a great experience of pain relief that i set up another appointment when my pain levels increased. Yes. It took too long to actually get in to see him. And yes, the morning appointment had a lengthy wait time , but, as a retired RN, i am willing to put up with the short-comings for good results. And, i feel Dr. Pandya's results are worth the inconvenience. His knowledge and great results are worth the effort. He explains things well and completely. His desire to not depend totally on opioids is refreshing and i believe we can work together to come up with a viable treatment plan for my long-occurring pain from a variety of health issues.

Dr. Pandya, nurses, receptionists and his PA Shelly are all very professional, caring and curttious every time I see them. Dr Pandya listens to you and explains your condition or in my case conditions and what can be done for it. I have been seeing him since 2011 and had 3 surgeries and now am eating to have a Spinal Cord Stimulator implanted. I also see Dr Sarzier who is a Neuro Surgeon and Neurologist he is also with Optim. Thanks for all of your services, I LOVE YOU GUYS

I am very happy with Dr Pandya and the staff. Dr Pandya shows genuine concern for my back pain issues and offers several options. His friendly unhurried demeanor puts me at ease and helps me to open up about my issues. I would recommend him to anyone experiencing back pain.

My visit with Optim Orthopedic were awesome. From the moment I walked into the office until I left they were nothing but professional. The front desk calls me by my name making you feel very comfort and they care about you. When I saw Dr. Pandya, he provided excellent service. I advised him of where my pain were located at. He explained why I were having those issues, he didn’t use big medical terms, that you have to be a doctor to understand. He use aids to explain and talked so you didn’t feel like he didn’t care. Together him and I came up with a plan to help alleviate the pain. His professionalism needs to be bottled up and given to other doctors.

Optim has always given me very good. Dr. Pandya has always given me excellent care. I have always been very happy with Dr. Pandya's time and he always has time to listen to my concerns.

Dr. Pandya is a kind gentle professional doctor. He treated me with pain management via injections. I had 2 of the injections, neither helped. I had to stop my treatments due to the outrageous cost I was being billed, that the insurance did not pay. Maybe down the road I would have got blessed with the “perfect spot”injection that would have helped me with walking more than 10 steps.

Dr. Pandya was one of the most caring doctors we have seen. He took the time to thoroughly explain our options and for the first time, I felt there is hope for my husband to be pain free.

Dr. Pandya is a excellent professional. He cares about his patients health and takes time to understand and treat the problem. He has always enthusiastically greeted me as a person, and as his patient. Highly recommended!

Being a new patient, I cannot give a full 5 star rating as yet. The two times I have met with Dr. Pandya, I can say he is an empathetic & caring man that truly wants to help his patients. Having dealt with chronic pain for 32 years, I have met my share of doctors & I can say Dr. Pandya doesn’t have an inflated ego that has a need to patronize his patients. Looking forward to the care plan that will give me back a quality of life that I desperately need.

My association with Dr Pandya, his Crew; from the Front Office; Check In personnel; to the Appointment Staff and last but-not-least... The Professionals that are always by his side in the Procedure rooms. It's definitely been a journey through many Specialist & Surgeons and ALL the Operations, Epidurals, Nerve Blocks and Nerve Burns and over and over again.... Whatever it has taken. The journey is NOT over, but instead ongoing to make me as comfortable and functionable as I can be. In all my progress and little accomplishments; small that they may be; We are progressing. Great doctor. He listens to you and is genuinely interested in getting you the right care.

This man is awesome. Makes me feel valued listen to my complaints my issues my concerns. He explains thing on a level I can understand He puts me first. God has touched his hands to help heal me. He is very qualified he’s an expert very proficient. The office is always clean and neat the staff is warm and inviting. Put it like this If he was to move his office to the moon I’d follow him because he is just that good. He wants to make sure you understand the case of the pain and give you options and treatments to make you better

Wanted to see Dr Pandya himself as to not explain to the PA history he is familiar with...PA just agreed with everything thing I asked for with no different direction...Dr Pandya is excellent...PA not so much

Optimum is a racket. They charged my insurance company $12,000 for two epidural spinal injections. 10 times the normal rate. Which didn’t work at all. I have a PPO, and they still billed me over $400. Office copay charge is $50 and mysteriously send me a bill for $180 . That no one can tell me what it is for. I honestly don’t think he knows your name while he sticking a needle in your back. They seem To be trying to do them as many as fast as they can on the days they do injections. Cannot refill your prescription if you’re out of town. And generally just don’t care. No one has ever done a courtesy call to find out how they’re doing or if their treatment is helping. Dr Pandya is very knowledgeable and has instituted a plan to help with my pain. I look forward to some positive results. He is very approachable and intuitive.

I have repeatedly tried to reach a human being in this office for two months. I have left multiple voicemails and never got a call back from anyone. Very unprofessional!!

He took time to look over my medical records and ask questions about my problems . After doing some simple movements with me he decided pain medication would not help me.. He is going to put me through a series of shots and therapy. I have 100% faith he can get me where I need to be.

I think dr. Pandya really cares about his patients, unlike many others that seem to just want to just run you through the process quickly, he's a good man.

Like the fact that he takes time with you and doesn't rush you through and explains so that you understand. My husband is Spanish and I appreciated that Dr Pandya spoke directly to him not me-we've had experiences where I guess Drs assumed he didn't understand English and would look at me and talk like husband wasn't even in room-the wait was long cause they were running behind but it was worth it

Dr. Pandya is a great dr. He listens to your concerns and has your best interest at heart . He will take the time and explain to you about your condition and let you know exactly the best possible treatment to help alleviate the pain and or try his best to get the issue fixed. I appreciate all the time and concern he's spent on me and I thank him for that.

Dr. Pandya is one of the best, caring physicians. I trust him to always have my best interest when discussing and implementing treatment. Dr. Pandya takes the time to listen and understand my concerns, pain and will treat me accordingly. His professionalism, skill, knowledge and expertise is always the deciding factor in how to best treat me. He can see the “big picture”. I have never felt I was just a patient. He has and continues to improve the quality of my life.

He is a very good Dr and I have already recommended some.

As a Critical Care Professional, I know all too well the pitfalls that face today's pain management Physicians. Dr. Pandya is outstanding and excells in his field. Having been thrice voted as Optims 'best of 2018', the trust built by this Physician is second to none. I challenge anyone who would argue that point. Dr. Pandya is my 'go to' for patients in need of expert pain management.

Nice in the beginning. If you don't get the stimulator, tests, after he sends you to the pysch Dr., he wanted my insurance and me to pay for, he will alter your records, like he did mine. Except, I have proof because I copied it and they changed them after I left. Shame on you Dr. Pandya, I am making sure people do not have to endure what I have. You are not an honest Dr. Since I am a former law enforcement officer, I feel it is my duty to warn good folks about the way you do business.

I really like him but not Angela. She is disrespectful and rude! She treated me like I was looking for drugs when the injections did not help, I never once asked for medication!!! She has constantly said after every failed treatment she would send me somewhere else to get drugs!!! I have complained about her behavior without any change.

Mr. Pandya genuinely cares about his patients. He wants the best care for them. When he talks about a condition, you have; he can explain it very well. Overall, somethings can not be treated with medication management and other treatment plans. And if that is the case 100% he will give you the right referral to help someone’s medical condition to get better.

Doctor Pandya is very polite and professional. As you should know, the medical field speaks a different language understood mostly by medical professionals. That said, I like the fact that Dr Pandya took his time to explain to me in lay man terms my diagnosis and treatment options pertinent to my case. I found that to be one of Dr. Pandya’s greatest assets and me being a patient of him is what I needed the most to move on. I’m feeling better day by day...many thanks to Dr. Pandya

I was discharged by this guy , because he claimed I refused alternative medicine. What he was talking about is an epidural injection. I was between jobs and lost my health care, so I couldn't afford a six thousand dollar shot. I was discharged gave a prescription that was half of what I normally got.

A good person and excellent physician

One of the most professional and caring Doctors I've had the pleasure of being treated by. A true professional who actually talks to the patient and shows a genuine concern about what is going on and how much pain the patient has.

Dr Pandya is amazing . Very interested to go to the core of the problem and is like visiting a friend every time I see him . Not happy with the staff whatsoever tho and more then once I thought of finding another provider but it's so hard to start from scratch again and dr Pandya has done his best to help me . Staff won't answer the phone calls or call back when I leave a message , then when they answer are not the most polite and I am always behind in receiving my prescription .

Dr. Pandya spent 45 minutes with me discussing my Injuires and orders MRIS of 3 areas. I felt like I was first ally being heard. Front Desk is super nice. Onky issue I had is that once I saw Dr. pandya on the 2st visit I haven't seen him since. I've been Schuler now for EMG, was not informed about it or that it may be painful. Then schedule for injection with no knowledge of the procedure, risks, side affects. I've called and left messages with his Medical Ast.and Nurse and No one will call me!
