Rude doctor

Wouldn’t see black patient. Scheduled appointment for my husband. Confirmed appt two weeks prior. Husband (black) walks in and dentist refuses to see him claiming appt was cancelled. When I call to figure out miscommunication, hangs up on me. Then when I call back he says he was also annoyed and that maybe we want to look elsewhere for a dentist.

I had the best experience here at Dr. Andrew Jacobson office. The amount of education I received and insight was amazing ! The comfort and concern that was given is something I have never experienced before at a dental office. The hygienist was also amazing and extremely informative. Phenomenal dentist and hygienist!

Saw me on short notice and fixed the issue right away. He gave me information to look up for the future. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful even after operation. They even had me call when I got home to make sure I was feeling okay and followed up that evening to see how things were healing. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Jacobson has been our family dentist since my youngest was 2 years old (she is now a senior in high school). Dr. J is an exemplary dentist, so knowledgeable, patient and makes the most difficult of procedures seem like a walk in the park. He has drilled the importance of flossing and we all know that we will have our own teeth forever. A diamond in the ruff with offices in Glendale Queens and East Meadow LI.
