Today marked my 2nd visit, I liked the staff and the atmosphere but my BIGGEST issue with all Dentist which happened today aside from the corona virus is when the hygienist touched things after having on gloves then proceed to work in my mouth. The utensils were already laid out uncovered (this doesn’t make the patient comfortable) before the hygienist made her entrance. Once she was in she moved the tray , the light, something behind me all with her gloves on. I do not know what is cleaned before the patient enters but IF THOSE THINGS ARE NOT SANITIZED after EVERY patient ; the germs of the patient before me were on those things ESPECIALLY if the same practice that was done with me happened with previous patients. Note: I would prefer for gloves to be placed on AFTER EVERY THING IS ADJUSTED &the Hygienist is ready to work. Now I’m sitting here about to down Lysterine with a unsettled stomach bc anxiety over poor practices. Aside from that HONESTLY I like the office and staff Dr Zia was in and out of my visit within 5mins and the Hygienist took her time cleaning my teeth MY THIRD VISIT (during the pandemic) I had ZERO issues with any procedures . All safety precautions were followed. Great service and great doctor. Always gets my teeth right.

This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. I went in for a cleaning, and my mouth felt dirtier after I left than it did when I came in. The dentist did not floss, did not give me a rinse, and left the sticky, gritty, toothpaste in my mouth. The entire cleaning he was pulling my lips away from my mouth like I was getting a piercing. He literally used his fingers and pulled my lips. They have instruments to space out. He did not look at my x-rays, because he was surprised when I was missing a tooth (he would have known before hand if he simply looked at the x-rays), He continuously belittled me and tried to tell me that I eat too many sweets because I have cavities. I have not had a cavity in over 10 years. I do have numerous old fillings from when I was younger. Anyone can easily tell they are old fillings because of the material used. If he couldn't tell, he could have asked about my cleaning and eating habits. All around horrible experience and I will NOT be back. This is the worst dentist I have ever visited. Dr. Zia is the best dentist I know. I use to be scared ???? to go to the dentist , Dr. Zia is very good, great personality, understanding & I love his staff too .

Great experience. Staff was friendly. Doctor took time to explain what was going on and what treatment I needed. Called around and found he is resonably priced as well. Def would highly recommend
