Dr. Alex Hertzman

I personally think he is a fantastic Rheumatologist. The others that I have been to tend to just touch the surface. Dr. Hertzman went further and checked all the boxes. Very bad visit waste of my time.

I called to make an appointment for a "new patient." You gotta love this. I asked if the doctor was accepting any new patients. Holly was lovely and asked me about my issues. She took the information and said, let me talk to the doctor (Hertzman) and see if we are taking any new patients. She called me back about an hour later to tell me that the doctor was not taking any "new" patients. I corrected her and said that it appears to me the doctor was not taking me as a new patient. Very thorough! I appreciated the whole experience. He took me into his office and discussed my symptoms and then he took me to another room to examine me after we discussed issues. It made me feel like I was being heard and he really cared about what was going on. Some doctors over book themselves and don’t give attention to the patients. I didn’t feel that way with him. Front staff was also friendly and kind! Very thorough! I appreciated the whole experience.
