Dr. Albert T Tripodi

I attempted to make an appointment for a physical, only to be told by the staff who answered the phone that “it’s been too late since your last appointment,” therefore I would be considered a “new patient.” I said that was fine, but she responded “unfortunately, Dr. Tripodi is not taking on any new patients.” So, this meant I was simply dropped from care, without any warning whatsoever, nor any notification even after the fact. I literally have never heard of any medical practice simply dropping patients from care without ANY warning or notification. At no point was I ever even contacted to ask me to make a follow-up appointment, and I never missed any appointments I made. This is simply unethical practice in my opinion and it’s shocking that any practice would drop patients from care in such a manner.

Dr Tripodi goes above and beyond for all of his patients. More like a friend than a physician. He's easy to talk to, makes you feel relaxed and never rushed. He's the mold of what the medical profession should be.

I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. When I was sick in the hospital, he was there day and night. He cares! He listens! I trust his judgment and opinion.

Dr Tripodi is great. So glad he was recommended to my husband.

Doctor is great, nursing staff has been there a while, and is more than competent. Front desk staffing could be improved a bit.

Dr. Tripodi is a very good physician, but the staff at the office are close to clueless. I called and asked about getting the HPV vaccine and spoke to two people, neither of whom had any clue as to how to do this. I've never heard of a primary care office that did not give vaccinations- especially one that did not even know how!

Simply an extraordinary Doctor and an extraordinary human being.

I switched to Dr. Tripodi after his impeccable care of my husband. My husband suffered a serious illness that landed him in ICU. Dr Tripodi communicated with me daily (even calling me at home) during the 3 week stay. My husband is alive and well today because of Dr. Tripodi's expertise and caring manner.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tripodi for several years. He has always taken the time to answer my questions and concerns. I feel comfortable asking him anything. When a condition has shown up through tests he has ordered and has needed further consultation, he has referred me to the appropriate doctors who have helped me.

Staff is unhelpful. Lab results are not communicated.
