I had mohs surgery with Dr. Lenord and she was fantastic!

When I called to make an appoint with her, I found out that DR. LEONARD is retired 8/4/2020. I checked on the New England Dermatology website and her picture is no longer among the physicians associated with that practice.

Dr. Leonard and staff are both highly professional and caring. From start to finish I felt relaxed and confident that I would receive the best of care. My surgery experience was fulfilled skillfully, efficiently and with great care. I highly recommend Dr. Leonard.

Dr. Leonard and staff are the most pleasant and caring staff I've ever been to, at 66 I should know with all the injuries I've received during that time. She has the softest hands I ever felt along with her wonderful personality, and her work tops it all. She deserves the accolades You can tell she loves her work and you will too. Her assistant Bea is another that knows her work duties as well. She's quick to analyze the removal of a bandage (my case was tricky) and preparing the wound a particular way for Dr. Leonard. Bea is knowledgeable and just as pleasant as everyone else in that office. All in all a great experience except for the wound itself. Dr. Leonard put the Kabash on that and I thank her and her staff for a pleasant visit.

My visit was a very positive experience. Everyone from the first person to the last person I saw was so nice. The entire staff is professional and caring. Dr. Leonard was so reassuring and I always felt comfotable with her and her assistants. I was not looking forward to the procedure but it turned out to be not bad!! Thank you Dr. Leonard and staff.

Dr. Aimee Leonard was sweet and professional. She answered all questions and explained the procedure as she preformed the surgery. Her nurse was equally friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for making this surgery less unpleasant.

I had a squamous cell cancer removed by Dr. Leonard recently. She is compassionate and gentle as well as being a very competent surgeon. I would recommend her to anyone.

Third time treated by Dr. Leonard for Mohls surgery on my face. She explained the procedure throughly, explained what she was doing as she did it. I followed her after care instructions and have no scars that are visible to the naked eye. I trust her and her staff completely.

Dr. Leonard and her team treated a basal cell carcinoma on my scalp. It was my second Mohs procedure performed by Dr. Leonard, my first being some years ago on my face. I rated this entire experience at "five stars", from the original scheduling, through the intake and the procedure itself. Dr. Leonard and her assistant Crystal explained everything beforehand, encouraged me to ask questions, and never left me feeling rushed. I especially appreciated the information sent to me prior to the date of the procedure, especially the Patient Handbook given to all patients. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr. Leonard for Mohs surgery.

I am in my 70s and have never before reviewed a doctor yet I had to this time because I was so impressed. Dr. Leonard as well as Jeanne and Ruthy could not not have been better. I am usually a wreck in doctors' offices but they all were so competent, communicative and kind during my Mohs surgery this month. You won't regret your choice if you decide on Dr. Leonard.

I had surgery to remove a basal cell carcinoma on my face with Dr. Leonard. Needless to say, I was quite anxious about this, but the doctor's calm demeanor as well as the wonderful support staff: Bea; Denise; & Jean- made the procedure as comfortable as possible. In addition, the paperwork provided prior to the surgery was very thorough in explaining what to expect during & after the procedure. Hopefully, I will not need to have this done again, but if I do, I know I'll be in a competent & supportive environment.

Dr Leonard and her staff are the best! Not only is she highly skilled and competent in what Dr Leonard does, she is also personable, kind and caring.

I found the staff and Dr. Leonard very attentive and comforting. My nerves were calmed by their friendly disposition, ability to adequately answer my concerns, and understanding of my apprehension about the surgery.

Dr Aimee Leonard is a compassionate,highly skilled professional doctor. Unfortunately for me,this was my second time with Dr Leonard. I was treated with compassion and again experienced a complete feeling of trust in her as my provider. Dr. Leonard is the warmest, most caring doctor I have ever encountered. She never seemed rushed or distracted when compared to other specialists I’ve dealt with in the past. Dr. Leonard explained my procedure (Mohs) thourougly and made me feel comfortable throughout my surgery by offering encouragements along the way. Of particular note was her politeness to me and also to the assisting nurse. I highly recommend Dr. Leonard.

Dr. Leonard did an excellent job with my Mohs surgery. She has great bedside manner and she explained everything to me in a very understandable way. When I had a question about my healing wound, the office staff was very accommodating and was able to have me seen the same morning I called. Dr. Leonard and her staff are all very professional and compassionate.

Not only is Dr. Leonard highly skilled, but she is so kind and reassuring. I was very frightened, but just like getting on a an airplane trusting that the pilot is in a good mood, I trusted Dr. Leonard completely. I knew I was in the best of hands with her and her staff.

I really had the most pleasant experience with Dr. Leonard and her staff. Everyone on the clinical side was excellent. I had gone in for a consult for basal cell and ended up having two MOHS surgeries with the best outcome that could be. Dr. Leonard repaired the areas with her expert stitches leaving me with minimal scars and perfectly symmetrical nostrils (one had skin cancer above it) so you can't even tell anything was done.. She has a sweet Midwestern demeanor and makes you feel calm.

It was a very professional, comfortable, friendly visit. Dr. Leonard and staff were veryinformative regarding my procedure and thorough with the necessary surgery. I would gladly recommend Dr. Leonard and her staff.

From start to finish, this was a very good experience. Dr. Leonard and her staff are courteous, helpful and caring. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease. at one point there was a song on the radio i said i liked. she turned it up so i could listen to it better. the only time i was nervous was when i was about to get stitches. she made me very calm. what could have been a very scary procedure turned out to be pleasant. didn't hurt a bit. just made my day so much less stressful. question about waiting time i must explain. there were five of us for surgery so i did have to wait. i understand

Dr. Leonard has performed many MOHS procedures on me from the day she arrived in Springfield, MA. Dr. Leonard is able to create a personal connection with each patient that calms any concerns one may have. Best of all, Dr. Leonard's "sewing skills" are so wonderful that healing will soon leave one with no scars to showoff! I am thankful that there is a Dr. Leonard!
