Easy to talk to and he gives you many options to decide what to do. The staff and scheduling were great.

Dr. Zahner is great. He has been helping me for a ling time now. I would and have recommend him to anyone

Doctor Zahner was very informative for me to make a decision to get a shot and see if it takes first and then when I see him again in a couple of weeks. Thanks Doc.

I saw Dr. Zahner for a hip injury that has been bothering me for 3yrs. I came in for a post-MRI appointment, where they did not find much in the MRI. Dr. Zahner told me he did not find much, and then suggested that I continue to do PT, which I have done several times over the past 3yrs with no results. Dr. Zahner did not provide a single alternative option of what I could do next. I asked him several questions, and he responded in a stand-offish manner, telling me that I'm wrong and that my ideas for solutions would not work. He did not offer any of his own solutions. He also did not approach me with compassion, or make me feel like he was listening or understanding me in any way. I hope that you do not have the experience that I had with Dr. Zahner. I hope that no one has to have this experience. Dr. Zahner may be of great help to you. Maybe it was a bad day for him. But I left this appointment feeling helpless.

Great doctor listened to my complaints and issues and diagnosed me correctly unlike the previous 2 doctors I saw for the issue.

This office is great. From check in to assistants and the dr. They work so well together so that you’re not waiting. I am very happy with the Dr. He answered questions and was attentive.

Agility Orthopedics is a nice facility with great staff.

Dr Zahner was very thorough and informative. I had a 5 star experience . Very highly recommended.

Going to the Malden office was a great experience. First time I went was after a snow storm and the parking lot hadn’t been plowed yet. I had a fractured ankle and on crutches. After the appointment I came out and someone had shoveled a path from the front door right to my car.

The office staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Dr. Zahner was excellent!!!! I’m so thankful I found him!!!!!

Great office staff was life courteous, Dr talked to me like a normal person explaining my issues in a way I could understand.

The Orthopedic Office was exceptional, professional and helpful. Whomever I encountered at the address; 92 Montvale Avenue, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The unique timing of it all allowed for timely scheduling of events from the x-ray technicians up through when the doctor observed my condition while consulting with me was effective and efficient. Great experience

Dr Zahner is very patient. He listens to all your questions and answers them concisely.

Dr. Zahner is calm, listens to everything you have to say, nor does he push you into anything. It doesn't even hurt when he gives a Cortisone Shot!

Dr. Zahner was kind and explained things well. The staff was great too!! Overall good experience.

Dr Zahner is the best. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my knees or hips.

Zero wait time, kind and pleasant staff.

Never had a problem getting an appointment (even for my dad) and he has a different Dr. and just as WONDERFUL!! Shannon, never makes you feel rushed when she's getting your information- THEY LISTEN! I get it, sometimes Drs. Get bad ratings but they are working hard, seeing many patients & they MUST get tired & have bad days like us. Haven't seen it there???? 9/24/21 As always, wonderful service even at Malden location. Not many Dr's run ontime like this practice does & NEVER rushes you. Dr Zahner has cared for my osteoarthritic knees for the past 1 1/2 years. I've had 2 cortisone shots (one in each knee) which relieved the pain for a few months, Now I am trying the gel shot. He explained this to me fully. I am hoping this will relieve the pain for a longer time. Otherwise I will have another cortisone shot. Hoping to avoid future surgery especially at my age (79.)
