Dr. Fayyad has treated my very elderly mother. She is a 'difficult patient'. She is SO much better under his care. Initially, he completely reversed her previous treatments and told her to discontinue all of the prescribed treatments. Then, he made his own recommendations. He and his entire staff have been attentive, helpful, and patient. Run, don't walk, to this gentleman. He will help you.
