Everytime I've went to Dr petway (for years now) I've gotten the best possible care... She is a loving caring professional that I would recommend to anyone... I'd put my life in her hands!!.... And for those who are lying about dirty beds ... That is a lie and you and whoever else who has something bad to say about Dr petway can go play out in traffic... and for those who complain about not being seen quick enuff .... If u were in a doctor's office and u sit there 10 mins and the doctor takes 3 patients to the back and gets them done within those 10 mins., sends them out would u feel u were in the best care?? Dr. petway is a thorough and meticulous professional... She actually cares enuff to check all and everything due to ur medical situation... So honestly if u hatin on Dr petway... Jus gone jump off a bridge into moving traffic on the interstate... Or u can see me about ur negative comments.. ... When I first walked in it was gross. The receptionist was eating and her office was disorganized. She handed me a grease-covered writing pen. Then once I was put into a room the bed was dirty as well. The nurse acted as if she didn't talk or know what she was doing (this "nurse" looked 18). The doctor was slow and kinda helped me with my problems. She was very nice though. I don't ever want to go again! When I first walked in it was gross. Dr. Petway was nice enough. However, her staff never return messages. The medical assistants write down patient information on little sticky notes and it rarely makes it into the official medical chart.

Dr. Petway is THE BEST doctor in Nashville! I love her!

Dr. Petway saved my life. She noticed that I pulled into the parking lot but never got out of the car. She came out and looked into the car window and I had passed out at the steering wheel from hypoglycemia. She dialed 911 and sent me to the nearest ER. I thank God for her

I thank Dr. Petway for helping to restore my health and well being. She's the best doctor in town! I layed on the couch for 8 years due to extreme fatigue, weakness and depression and rarely left the house. Dr. Petway did bloodwork and told me that I had Hypothyroidism. She started me on Synthroid and now I have so much energy that I can't sit still. I go to the gym to workout everyday. I ride my motorcycle and jet ski. I feel like a new person! I have my life back! I thank God for her!

Dr. Petway is the greatest doctor in Nashville! I'm so grateful for her! I went to her because I couldn't hear out of my left ear. When she examined me, she noticed that my heart had an irregular beat so she did an EKG which came back abnormal. She said it looked like I was having a heart attack right then and there! I had just had a complete physical the week before with my PCP which was normal. She dialed 911 and sent me to the hospital. I would have died if she had not sent me to the ER.

Dr. Petway really cares about her patients. I took my friend to see her because he was short of breath and she did an EKG. She said it was abnormal and that he needed to go to the hospital. I told her that I could drive him there but she wouldn't even let me drive him to the hospital. She said, "No he has to go by ambulance." That told me that she really cares about her patients. I could have easily drove him but she was so concerned that she wouldn't let me. She dialed 911 for ambulance.

She deserves no stars!!! I would not recommend a cat to see her. The first thing she does is tell me I've been wrongly diagnosed with no solution to my problem and then give me drugs that doesn't work. Since I was her last appointment she was trying to basically rush me out not even caring that I was a new patient. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!!!! I will not be going back.

My family has had Dr. Petway as a physician for over 15 years. She is an outstanding physician. Excellent service is rendered every time. I trust her medical advise. She is all about your health and making you better through her medical expertise coupled with faith in the Lord Jesus. Wonderful Christian environment. Can I give negative stars? I was misdiagnosed by Dr. Petway. Her deeply incompetent secretary will never answer the phone to do anything you ask. Good luck trying to get your medical records sent to another facility. It will get done when it's convenient for her, which she had the audacity to say to me. They couldn't care less about their patients and should NOT be able to practice!

I would not recommend scheduling an appointment, either. I never actually saw her, but had an appointment at 5:45, waited for 1.5 hours, and then had to leave without being seen due to other obligations. During the time I waited, it seemed everyone else was waiting, too, and only in the back of the building where the treatment rooms are, for a short period of time. Dr. Petway is not bad when you get in front of her. Good luck doing so. The person that makes the appointments is simply not on top of it. If you provide her any feedback that she reverts back to how she must deal with problems on the streets. I ultimately had to pay for a service that I did not receive due to an inability to coordinate with her staff. I had bloodwork done and chased it down for 4 weeks until I just had it redone at another location. I wish I would have read her reviews beforehand because she has a less than 20% approval rating anywhere you look. I turned her into the Better Business Bureau and she of course did not respond. Io made multiple calls to dispute my bill in which I never was able to talk to her. I paid it as I was threatened to be turned in to collections and had to preserve my credit rating. To the COMPLAINERS and HATERs listed below: To Jonathan---if you had spent the same amount of time UPDATING YOUR ADDRESS in our computer system that you did complaining and hating on us then your LAB RESULTS WOULD "NOT" HAVE COME BACK "RETURN TO SENDER." If your Better Business Bureau complaint HAD NOT BEEN SO UTTERLY RIDICULOUS, asking the doctor to PAY YOU $400/hr for several hours---then it would have gotten a response. We don't have time to respond to such NONSENSE!!! When you dish out disrespect, then you attract disrespect. Maybe the receptionist was giving you a dose of your own medicine.
