There’s no place else I’d want to take my daughter for care

Every visit I have had, I have been welcomed with a smile and everyone has been as courteous as could be. Doctor listens and gives expert medical advice. Journey isn’t over, but so far it has been as pleasant as I could imagine.

Dr. Moore and the personnel at Elite are fantastic! Very professional, friendly and organized. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this practice and Dr. Moore & his AMAZING team! Nobody wants to become injured, but it happens and they’ve made me feel ELITE from the beginning. It’s been a long journey that I’m still currently on in recovering, but I have no doubt that I’m in the best hands possible!!!!

Went here for a second opinion on my husband's shoulder. We felt we were getting the run around at a different dr he had been going to and we were right. Dr Moore got straight to it and is going to fix my husband's shoulder problems. Excellent and professional care. Very nice people. Didn't have to wait long either! I’d heard so many great things about Elite Sports Medicine and found it all to be true! Very professional staff and doctors! Dr. David Moore was my surgeon. Very nice guy, easy going, and very approachable! I commented on my last visit my observation of the staff and their interactions with their patients. They have lots of patience for their patients! They’re never short or rude. Always kind and considerate. A senior adult was there alone, it appeared, and was having struggles completing some forms on a tablet. More than once a staff member approached her to offer help without being asked. She was just that in touch with her patient! I can’t recommend the whole clinic enough! Dr. Moore has so much experience that he easily diagnoses and recommends the best course of treatment. Very happy to have found him!

Dr Moore was great. He repaired my rotator cuff back to good as new. I hope not to need his services again, but I certainly would trust him again.

Doctor Moore and his team are great to work with. Check-in was simple, low wait in the lobby, little to no wait time in the examination room. The entire team makes you feel good to be there (even while dealing with pain). The team was polite, efficient, and understanding. Thank you Doctor Moore and the Elite Team.

Staff was friendly and on point. Doctor Moore was interested, invested and knowledgeable. Went over the details and possible solutions in a friendly and unhurried manner. Just a great visit overall. If this were a movie review it would be two thumbs up.

Staff very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Dr Moore very thorough and kind. Of course I think he's a good surgeon or I wouldn't be here.

I tore my rotator cuff and bicep in my left shoulder. My shoulder was successful repaired by Dr Moore in January 2022 and I completed four months of physical therapy today. Dr Moore is very thorough with his diagnosis and has provided a plan going forward to help guide me with my current rehabilitation and return to the gym.

If you want your surgery performed right the first time....then Dr. MOORE is the physician you want. PERIOD. They have a tremendous network of physical therapy providers. Do your physical therapy and buy a Polar Active Ice 3.0 Cold Therapy Ice Machine System ($200) and ice your (knee, hip, shoulder, etc.) every day for 30 minutes the first three months and you will recover quickly and thrive. I cannot stress enough the physical therapy and ice regimen. Don't be a slacker when it comes to this part. Dr. MOORE will do his part correctly. Then it's up to YOU TO DO YOUR PART to heal properly. Follow this advice and you will be back in the game/life as good as before. Slack and you'll regret it. You'll endure more pain and create a LONG road to recovery. The Doctors and Staff are second to none! They treated me for a bad rotator cuff tear and I can say from start to finish the treatment, care and professionalism is the best I have ever experienced!
