She was very kind but I give 3/5 stars as I had a broken scaphoid which is notorious for not healing, and asked for surgical repair due to having two small kids and a job which requires heavy duty work with my hands but she wanted to treat conservatively (splinting only). After 20 months it kept bothering me and after a second opinion my scaphoid was still badly broken with necrosis and cysts and ultimately now required more extensive surgery and time off work. I wish she had taken into consideration my wishes.
