Dr. Jeffrey S Rasch

My husband seriously fractured his shoulder falling from height. Dr. Rasch spent about three horrible minutes with us. He didn't want to hear any questions. He didn't care if we understood what was going on. He showed no empathy for the fact that my husband was in pain and nauseated.

dr rasch made code error, billing to neighbor medical specialist business instead of TRIA in maple grove where I made appointment. Surprised to get form letter from billing today, indicated they coded same as dr file, however dr file is where error. Would avoid this dr and park nicollet for errors. I will keep trying to fix this.

I had two appointments with Dr Rasch, he was nearly an hour late to both, so I had to just sit there in pain waiting for him. When he did arrive he was in a big hurry, I wasn't allowed to speak beyond simple yes or no answers. He wanted me to trust him to do spinal injections. Never would I trust him. Never ever!
