I highly recommend this office after having my root canal procedure with Dr. Brock yesterday. I was nervous due to a previous root canal experience 15 years ago that was traumatizing. Though I was upset and unsure of wanting to move forward after the prognosis, Dr. Brock gave me options as well as explained the process to me that made me feel comfortable enough to go ahead with the procedure. His calm nature kept me calm while in the chair. He would share with me in a gentle voice what stage he was working on and what I may feel as he was working. I didn't feel much other that vibration from tools and a slight pressure/sensitivity in very short amounts of time due to being in braces and the pressure that is already on the cells around my roots. I never thought I could describe a root canal as gentle, but I'm thankful that I now can. It didn't last long and I left smiling (or half smiling because my face was numb!) with my trauma story redeemed. From scheduling to finishing the procedure, to the knowledge given to me for aftercare, I had a great experience with their friendly staff and peaceful office.

Was able to complete paper work before my appointment via their website. Wait time was minimal. Dr. Burns and her Assistant explained the procedure in detail before beginning. They were very accommodating with my request. The procedure had minimal discomfort and I was given through discharge orders with contact information if I had follow up questions.

The staff at Southeastern Endodontics are 100% professional. From reception staff to the dental assistant to the Dr. The entire process was explained to me, I did not feel any pain during the procedure and it was quick and efficient. I’m nervous about dental procedures and they made me feel at ease.

Dr Brock explained everything to me. The procedure was a lot quicker than previous root canals I have had. Definitely not as bad as I experienced other places. The staff were all friendly. I was glad it didn't take long and it wasn't as bad as I anticipated.

This was my first visit to the office after being referred by my general dentist. Dr. Burns, did an excellent job on my root canal and I was very pleased with the staff and overall efficiency of the office!

Dr. Brock and his assistants were amazing. Hands down the best experience at a dental office I have ever had.

Dr Brock was very kind and informative through the entire process, he and the tech were very sweet and made sure I was in as little pain as possible and was okay. Great place, great people!

Was a great visit. Great doctor and not much pain. The VA sent me there, as they could not do the job.

I saw Matthew Brock, DDS, MSD for a root canal and found him, his work and his assistant to be the best experience possible. The dental work was fine there’s no problem there. They suggested that I do two root canals at the same time, without telling me that my insurance would only cover one, now I’m stuck with a $1300 bill. If they would have discussed this with me before I would have only gotten one done and waited until after the first of the year when my benefits renewed. I now I have to wait till after the first year to go back to my regular dentist. I will never use this office again! The dental work was fine there’s no problem there. I was referred by regular dentist and they were awesome. Finished in less than an hour and didn’t feel a thing. Explained in detail, went over options and whole office very friendly.

I would highly recommend Dr Burns. To start with with I rode up the elevator with two of Dr Burns staff and they were so friendly and they had no idea who I was.Dr Burns is so professional and explained everything in detail .Yes she will be the right choice.

I was somewhat nervous going to see a new dentist. Dr Brock went out of his way to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. He was professional but very caring. He worked quickly, explained what he was doing and in no time at all he was done. I was very impressed. And and no pain at all.

Great experience. Friendly staff, exceptionally clean facility, on time appointment and excellent doctor. There is a six week lead time to get an appointment but it’s worth the wait if you can. Ali, they are very cost competitive.

I was treated like I was a number. I went in for an emergency root canal and the doctor barely spoke to me, I am terrified of going to the dentist, and then when it was time to get the shots he didn’t even bother to tell me he was about to do it or numb the area where he was going to put the shot in. Great office and staff. I really appreciated Dr. Brock's conservative approach and also his taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and showing me what he was seeing on the x-rays. I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing endodontic work or a consultation.
