Saw Dr Hardison on first visit. Staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr Hardison was also pleasant and explained everything to me. Looking forward to a return visit.

Worst place ever. They knew how bad my teeth was. Didn’t even help the infection. The only thing they did was give me prescription medicine and schedule me for cleaning. They didn’t really do nothing. I’m never going back.

Dr. Stoppelbein is a great Dentist. But I will never return. On my most recent visits. They staff told me I was due for a cleaning and needed to have tooth ex-rays done. I had informed them that I had, all this stuff done prior at another dentist office due to the fact that I had to have a root canal done and wanted it done in my network and in the process I was sure they had done all that stuff already. They went and checked on it and told me it had not been done since a certain time and I needed it done. I went along with them and even asked if the insurance company was going to pay for the ex-rays and they assured me they were. Well to make a long story short my insurance company denied the claims stating they had already been done. I contacted the dentist office twice on the matter. The first time they stated they had not received anything back from the insurance company and I would have to check back later. They said maybe it was something they needed to recode but was not sure since they did not have anything back from my insurance company. They told me to call back later. Well I did just that and they told me that they had received that information back and that is what happened and that they could put me on a payment plan if needed. I asked why is that because I had told them that I thought that those things had been done prior and she told me well I could have rejected the service. Why would I reject the service if they supposedly checked and assured me that I had not had them done. I told her that I didn't feel if that was right and is was not my fault and she flat out told me I don't know what else you want me to tell you... I am very disappointment that this matter was not handled in any better way.. Dr. Stoppelbein is a great Dentist. But I will never return. On my most recent visits. Had a bad tooth they pulled it and I never felt a thing. Highly recommended dentist. True professionals.

Have been going to him for years. I would and do recommend him to everybody. His staff has almost stayed the same too and they are very friendly. Now they feel like family and miss seeing them if they happen to be out when I have to go on.
