William Serafin

Dr. Serafin is the best doctor that I have been to. He is up to date on the latest research, takes plenty of time to explain things, is kind and knowledgeable. I feel in good hands and highly recommend him.

Dr. Serafin is not only a brilliant physician, he is one of the most caring persons I have ever met. He is always kind, respectful, and really listens to you. He keeps up to date with the latest research and treatments. He is humble enough to say, "I don't know", but will spend a lot of time discussing with collegues. He is highly respected by his peers and all those who work with him.

Patient of Dr. Serafin's for over 20 years. Always caring and takes his time to understand the issue and to explain how your treatment will work. He takes the time to educate his patients. Not many in the medical field today do that.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Serafin for probably 20 years now and couldn’t ask for a better PCP. I’ve never had any trouble getting an appointment when I needed it, often the same day. Once there, I rarely have time to settle in and read anything before they’re calling me back. The ancillary staff, (front desk, techs, etc.) are always very cheerful and helpful. When Dr. Serafin comes in, I feel like he listens to me without interruptions, and figures out the best course with my approval.

Dr. Serafin has been my primary care physician for several years now and I have had nothing but good experiences. He's exceptionally smart and is conservative with the prescription pad.

I have been a patient of Dr. Serafin (along with my family) for some time and I can honestly say that he has been exactly what a patient would want in a physician. My brother recommended him to our family and we will continue to use him as our primary physician.
