Service on time. Doctor excellent.

I trust Dr. Schiffs diagnoses. He has a great personality makes you feel comfortable. I feel fortunate to have him as my dr.

Dr Schiff is compassionate, understanding, professionally well qualified in his field and a true human being. He listens to your problems and makes you feel like he truly interested in you as a patient. As a doctor he is a life changer, I can personally a test to that .

Dr Schiff is a friendly, good-natured man an who is very easy to talk to. He is also a skilled professional doctor who looks out for his patients’ best interest . I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Schiff is a good doctor. His office uses a lot of very young assistance...to me many seem like they are still in training. That is the only negative I have for the practice.

Dr schiff is very personable. He is great care of me.

I have a high opinion of Dr. Schiff. He is on time as much as can be, easy to talk to, and has compassion. I have never had any issues with his staff either. Highly recommend and I'm a doctor myself.

Dr. Schiff has taken care of me for about ten years and I greatly appreciate his no B.S. approach in taking care of what ever is going on with me, from kidney stones to e.d. .

My visits with Dr. Schiff are always what I would call, well organized. He keeps good track of "my" issues and makes it easy for me to share my experiences with him. With his help, I have found complete success at controlling my leaky bladder - new freedom!

Staff was polite and curtious. Dr. Schiff was friendly and knowlegable. He explained my symptoms and proposed a plan of treatment. the receptionist scheduled a future appointment and provided information on a proceedure that will be preformed at my next appointment

My disabled adult son recently became a patient of Dr. William Schiff. After experiencing his friendly, compassionate bedside manner, and his thorough review of my son's symptoms. I wanted to place this review so others can benefit from his great Medical Care. I was never made to feel inferior, the doctor carefully listened to my concerns, he did thorough testing to try and pinpoint my son's medical issue. I am very grateful to Doctor Schiff and his staff and would highly recommend there services to anyone.

Dr. Shiff is knowledgeable and informative, and shows care for his patients.

My visit went very well with Dr. Schiff and his staff. I always promptly taken to the exam room and I have little waiting time until Dr. Schiff sees me. Dr. Schiff has a sense of humor as well and makes the appointment process more enjoyable. I am thankful for Dr. Schiff and has team.

Dr. Schiff performed a procedure that could have been quite uncomfortable but he is so caring and walked me through it telling me what to do so I would not be anxious. He is the absolute best surgeon I have ever had...and I have had many. Thank you my friend.

Good visit

They're are good doctors, specialist with terrible bed side. I have known Dr. Schiff has both, plus: Great bedside manner, wonderful personality, knowledge, explains everything necessary, addresses current issues, test-treatments plans ahead, always easy to talk to. Dr. Schiff even before being his patient has been and still is a GQ classy gentle man with a good sense of humor.

Did a good job

Due to birth defects, and numerous other age related problems, I have been going to doctor Schiff for 10 years. Not only is he highly competent, he is very caring and understanding.. He will answer any questions I ask of him and never make me feel like I am being rushed

Everything was smooth.

Dr. Schiff is wonderful. He has been my urologist for decades. He has always been wonderful. I had not needed to see a urologist for a long time. When I recently suddenly developed a need to see a urologist, I asked to be referred to Dr.Schiff. The protocols used by the phone answerers at Urology Associates did not allow them to either let me talk with Dr. Schiff or to let me see Dr. Schiff in a reasonable time frame or apparently to treat me with basic common courtesy. I love Dr. Schiff. The Urology Associates business administration protocols are getting in the way. Dr. Schiff is wonderful. He has been my urologist for decades. He has always been wonderful. Appointment time was 11:00 AM. I arrived at about 10:45. Waited patiently until 11:45 at which point I rescheduled for another time. The person at the front desk had not idea why Dr. Schiff could not meet me at the appointment time. More importantly, she had no idea how much longer (at 11:45) it might be before Dr. Schiff might be able to finally deign to see me. No one seemed to know why there was such a long delay or when the delay might end. If a patient was 45 minutes late, it would probably be charged as a missed appointment and a penalty would be assessed.

Yes! Dr Schiff is very professional and caring.

He's very unprofessional I waited over 2 hours to see him. I finally just left. This is the second time in a row I've had to wait 2 hours

great staff, helped me out

Was very disappointed in the appointment. I was scheduled to get two tablets and was quoted for the procedure to find out after they were done they messed up and only gave me one. Now I have to wait until February to have the proper amount. Dr Schiff is a great Dr perhaps his staff didn't provide the necessary items for the procedure. Discovered their error after I was done and tried to pay. Was very disappointed in the appointment. Dr Schiff is a wonderful doctor. Today he gave me a routine examination and discussed my blood tests. He just s very knowledgeable and communicates well.

Stay as far away from this guy as you can. I had a Eurolift procedure done which they did under local anesthesia an was one of the most painful things I've experienced in my life. Afterwards, when I told his technician that it was excruciatingly painful, he remarked, "Oh, you could have paid a little more and they would have put you asleep." I replied, "Great, maybe that was something you should have told me prior to the procedure." Six months later, Schiff's office started calling me to schedule followup appointments. I don't live in Fresno, and during that time, I could not give them a definite date and time because my car broke down and I had to have emergency gall bladder surgery from which I was still recovering. I told them there was too much going on and I would call them when I was able to make a follow-up appointment. Next thing I know without warning this guy sends me a certified letter saying that he would no longer treat me due to failure to follow-up. Terrible Doctor.

I feel very confident and comfortable with the level of care by Dr. SCHIFF. Easy to talk to and explain options and answer any questions at end of each visit. Very detailed in his examination and follow up.

Best Urologist in Town....

One of the most thorough and professional Doctors I’ve ever been to in my lifetime.

Everyone at the office was happy and polite. no problems with check in, visit or check out. Questions were answered in easily understood language and fully explained.. %5 stars!

Dr. Schiff is outstanding.. I have only had one other Dr. in my 59 years that has had a bed side manner as good as Dr. Schiff. He knows what he is doing and is a teacher to other Dr.’s. What I appreciate was that he talks to you while doing the procedure and even though it might be uncomfortable feeling he put me at ease. He takes what ever time you need to answer questions and never seems rushed like every other Dr. I have had. I would highly recommend Dr. Schiff. Dr. Schiff is outstanding.. Dr Schiff always treats me like I'm his only and best patient. I truly don't believe the President of the US could get better service than I receive from Him. He is always professional and "makes you smile." I enjoy the fact that his staff is a reflection of him in that they too always go the extra mile to make sure referrals, labs, etc., are explained. This is the kind of health care that you don't see as much these days. Dr Schiff continues to exhibit the lost art and characteristics of caring for his patients.
