Dr. Ian Douglas Macagy

Dr Macagy was a great OB. He made me feel comfortable and heard. My pregnancy was high risk due to having my first child prematurely. At 5 1/2 months it was confirmed my son would have Down syndrome. Macagy was the only medical professional during my pregnancy who showed compassion. I was also seeing a high risk specialist who was so horrible I refused to continue seeing them once I reach 7mths. Macagy listened to my concerns. He was honest with me about the effects of terminating a pregnancy so far along on, not only on the baby but myself. He always seemed to truly want to know how I was feeling. Thanks to him I have a wonderful little boy and my eyes have been opened to the wonderful world of Down syndrome.
