Always caring, thorough & quick experience at Pearl Vision Tyngsboro.

Shortest eye exam I have ever had. Didn't seem to me to be proper. I wear bifocals and my close vision was not even checked.

Bonnie and the whole crew are always so polite, knowledgeable, and helpful

Everyone was super friendly and professional. I feel like I got a thorough exam.

Upon first meeting Dr. Ryan, you can immediately tell he is a really smart guy who knows his profession very well. He listened to me and understood the issue I was having with my transition lenses, and came up with a creative solution.

Dr. Ryan is so kind and explains everything so you can understand it. The other staff are warm and welcoming when you enter and very helpful with figuring out the least expensive way to get the glasses that you need. We have been going there for years

I was very optimistic because of some bad reviews. And I have been to a half a dozen different optometrists. By far these people were the best. I am not easy to deal with. They dealt with me and all my questions and everything was excellent.

Dr Ryan is always the best. I have been a patient for greater than 20 years

The doctor was nice, there is no privacy. The chair where another patient was spring was basically connected to the desk and 8 inches from me while I spoke about my insurance, social security number and address. The secretary was terse and annoyed I didn’t have a card even though I was told I didn’t need one. The sales woman gave me my rx but didn’t bother to measure me pupil distance. I hate to say it but this was my first time at Pearle Vision and I will never go back to any branch. It’stoo bad, doctor was nice. The doctor was nice, there is no privacy. Great appointment. Safety guidelines are enforced so I was very comfortable. Girl that checked me in explain all my coverage, exam with Dr Ryan went well and Bonnie took plenty of time helping me choose frames. Very positive experience-thanks all!

Service is always fast and friendly. Frames can get pretty expensive, but the service is top-notch.

Dr. Ryan was great with doing my eye exam. Checking my prescription from the past and knowing where my eyes condition from the past years.

Dr. Ryan was able to answer all my questions very thoroughly. I have a new medical diagnosis and had some concerns which he addressed.

Dr. Ryan was a pleasure to work with. He had a pleasant demeanor and let me know if something unusual was about to happen, eg "there will be a puff in your eye". The woman who helped me pick out frames (from NYC sorry forgot her name) knew what she was doing and help me pick the best options.

To whom it may concern, The Doctor, and staff are good in this location. I performed my yearly eye exam yesterday. I still have the same prescription, and still using the same Acuvue 1- day moist. Nothing has changed from the year before, everything is still the same. However, This Pearl Vision location “440 Middlesex Rd. Tyngsboro, MA 01879, T.j. Maxx Plaza #d-6 “charged me $55.00 for line item “Standard fit – New lens (New Fit/Refit)”. I just can’t comprehend if nothing changed, and I’m still using the same contacts as last year. The eye doctor is great, a very nice, friendly man. The lady who helped me pick out my glasses was very helpful also very friendly.

I have been a patient here for about 10 years. Dr. Ryan and his staff are always great. They are genuine and friendly.

Always an outstanding experience. My family and I have been going to this location for years. The staff is welcoming, calls us by name and help create a neighborhood feel. Impressivie for a large chain in a strip mall. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
