I would have rated Dr. Engilman 5 stars easily, but our experience with his front office and billing staff was very poor. Engilman himself is a masterful craftsman and truly worked wonders with our children's braces. But most dentists are known to be very poor business men and his front office staff illustrated this deficiency. We were double charged and accused of not paying in time when we had actually selected a different payment plan. The front staff did not communicate with billing so no one knew what was agreed to with us. When we showed paperwork to Engilman, he agreed that they had made mistakes along the line. Just keep good records and you'll be satisfied.
