I have belonged to this practice for many years. Everyone is friendly, kind, and professional. I have always received prompt and excellent dental care.

My visit this morning was fantastic, Dr Cummings found the problem and fixed it right away, now I’m not feeling any pain or feeling uncomfortable with my tooth anymore, the staff was over and beyond helpful.

Always friendly, professional and thorough.

I drive 35 minutes for these appointments when I live near many others dentists.

This was my first visit to Avondale Dentistry and Dr. Cummings. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of his staff; the visit could not have gone better. His office has the feel of a local neighborhood dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Cummings if you're in need of a new dentist.

The visit from start to complete is outstanding - from the front desk staff, to the expertise, care and gentle touch of the dental assistant to the Doc's cheery countenance as he checks out the work. The office is maintained with the latest technology and is in a very convenient location.

Dr Cummings and the staff fit me in on one day’s notice for a minor chip that occurred over the weekend. I’ll tell you what I told him today after a quick cosmetic bonding: “I love what you do and that you’ve got a gift”. Easy fix, in and out quickly, and great service all around. If you’re looking for a dentist, don’t hesitate; this is the place for you.

I used to hate going to the dentist until I had an emergency and my wife found this office. I’ve been there since 2003/2004 and now actually enjoy going to the dentist. Everything from professionalism to courteousness. I hope I never have to change. Thank you Dr Cummings and Staff.

My husband and I had a check up and a cleaning today, and I don't think I have ever had a more through and comprehensive exam.They really took their time and made me feel if I were their only patient. Very friendly staff and the office is just lovely! I cannot recommend this prattle enough!

Dr. Cummings and his ENTIRE staff unfailingly ensure the patient's needs, care and comfort are top priority. My husband had a dental emergency and they seamlessly fit him into the day's busy schedule. The practice is always friendly from arrival to departure. Strongly endorse this practice!

I hate going to the dentist. Have put off going for literally a decade because of bad experiences. Dr. Cummings has changed that. He's very good at what he does and his personality is relaxing and comfortable. The office is filled with professional friendly staff. My hygienist Yvette is the best. Great at her job and explains everything very well. Because of my years of neglected car I need extensive work done and I am completely at ease and comfortable getting the work done at Avondale Family Dentistry.

I was able to come in immediately. Antoinette was very polite and concerning of my issue. Doctor Cummings knew immediately what the problem was. It was explained to me. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic and was referred to an Endodontist. Dr Cummings and his staff are super!!

My first visit to Avondale Family Dental. After working in the dental field for over 25 years, I am very aware of my surroundings. This office is very professional and meticulously run. From Stephanie who comes out to the parking lot to take your temperature. To Yvette my hygienist. She did a wonderful job during the cleaning and explaining everything to me. Dr. Cummings was very friendly and thorough. I would definitely feel confident having restorative work in the office. Last but not least Nancy at the front desk. She was very friendly and helpful. The entire staff was a pleasure to meet and have work done by. Yvette was gentle and thorough as well as being a pleasure to chat with. This practice is doing a wonderful job making patients feel secure with their Covid procedures. This was my first visit since the outbreak and I felt secure they were protecting me. Lisa is personable and does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. My smile looks great! Dr Cummings is friendly and runs a great office. He answers my questions and takes great care of my teeth. I would definitely recommend Dr Cummings!

I had the 1st of 2 appointments to have 2 crowns done. As a very anxious patient Dr Cummings was a pro at administering Novocain. I never felt a thing. Dr Cummings and others in the office puts you at ease and are very caring. The receptionist helped in understanding my previous bill.

I typically hate going to medical appointments because they feel so mismanaged—long waits, cold offices, confusing paperwork and the like; but not Avondale Dentistry. Dr. Cummings and his team run a solid office. Always felt respected and cared for there. To protect against COVID they established procedures that were well communicated ahead of time and well executed while I was there. I was especially impressed with the short video on their COVID procedures. Never felt unsafe, but also didn’t feel like a patient in a biohazard laboratory—which can be a tough balance to achieve. Glad I found this place 2 or 3 years ago!

Best dentist and staff around!

I recently had a have a Crown placed due to a cracked tooth and was delighted that Dr. Cummings was able to use a laser imaging wand to determine the size of the Crown that would be needed and did not have to stick one of those horrible goo plates in my mouth that I almost gag on and choke on. Additionally, the new Crown was placed painlessly and fits perfectly I love doctor Cummings he is kind compassionate and is very caring In short, he and his staff combine caring and the latest technology creating the BEST dental practice in the area.

There are not many things I fear in life, one of the few good things about getting older. However, on a fear scale, going to the dentist was either 1 or 1A. I had to get my hip replaced, and the hip surgery didn't bother me at all. But when my surgeon told me I had to pass a dental examination before he would do the surgery because gum or teeth infection go directly to the hip when hip surgery is performed I almost said cancel the surgery. Thankfully, looking back, the pain in my hip was so bad I agreed to go to the dentist. I called and made an appointment. I reluctantly showed up and the first thing that was done was an X Ray followed by a detailed examination. When he gave me the results I almost bolted. Two fillings and three extractions. Thankfully, my wife was there with me and I was afraid she would think I was a sissy, which in fact I was. Not only didn't I have ANY pain from the extractions or fillings I didn't even feel the novacaine needles. I don't think there is a better, or a more caring dentist than Dr. Cummings. I wish I could give him 10 stars.

I just switch from a great Dentist and thought I was going to need time to adjust. What a pleasant surprise, Right from the get go, got treated like I was part of the family for a long time. Welcomed with a smile and complete empathy for what I was going through and jumped right into explaining my benefit plan. Then Jen the hygienist took over, very thorough and worked her cleaning magic and super prep for Dr Bill. He reviewed my x-rays, photos, and then my mouth. Feeling great , I left with smile! I have always know the value of a good dentist. Growing up, my dentist was terrible. In adult life,I put a good dentist at the top of my list. Bill Cummings is a good dentist, he has the requisite skills, he has compassion and a deep desire to not only treat, but “care” for his patients. He will discus procedure in full and he will work with you on finances. Bill runs an efficient office and hires staff that share his devotion to quality patient care, done in a compassionate way. Had a tooth issue before an extensive trip in 2 days...made an emergency appointment to receive the bad news...need a root canal. Dr Cummings and staff arranged a referral and antibiotic to get through 13 days until I return
